Классный отель Cool hotel

Rested family, children 7 and 1.9. We were unlucky with the weather, but it didn't spoil our holiday. A HUGE plus of the hotel is a heated children's and adult water park. No luck with the fact that the hotel was 100% full. The food is good, including for children. For the older, pizza, french fries and burgers are something that people don’t really indulge in at home. The rooms throughout the hotel are family rooms, namely, a two-story double children's bed and three adults. Cleaning usual Egyptian. We wiped the dust in the cupboards and on the shelves ourselves and did not spoil our rest. Everything worked well in the room!
The staff is good, they all try. If you come, they will definitely help!
I would return to this hotel - definitely YES!!!
Now for the cons:
- 100% load - this is everywhere queues: in bars, for food, for ice cream, for pizza, etc.
- You need to look for a free table, although it happened in different ways.

- Sun loungers in the water park are not always enough for everyone.
- Circles for the water park are sorely lacking. Once I waited half an hour for a free one.
- With beach towels, too sadness. On the first day, I waited 40 minutes until they brought it. Then he didn't give up again. I dried all the towels in my room.
- Well, the beach is blown by all the winds.
I think if I got to at least a slightly smaller settlement, it would be much more comfortable.
In general, the hotel left a very good impression. I RECOMMEND!!!
P. S. We had a late flight and I was interested in advance at the reception how much it costs to extend the stay in the room. In this hotel 40 euros until 18.00. However, on the day of departure, this service was denied to me. They said that my room was already booked and there were no others available. But they left beach towels for us before departure. So we swam until the transfer and the day went great!! !
