Traveled with a group of 4 adults. For three of them it was the first trip abroad, so they chose the hotel for a long time and carefully, mainly based on the reviews of tourists. This hotel, when we originally bought a tour, the travel agency did not advertise or offer us, moreover, our choice even caused some surprise. BUT! As it turned out, our choice was more than correct. The hotel is very new, not too popular, so the travel agency does not really promote it. but in vain!!
The hotel is wonderful! It is good and comfortable for families with children (a bunch of children's slides, playgrounds, a lot of places for swimming for kids, animation, children's playrooms), everything is well-groomed, quiet and calm. Yes, there is no * engine * for violent youth, but here it is necessary to follow the principle * who goes for what *. We had a daughter of 19.5 years old with us and she really liked everything.
So, everything is in order. We arrived in Hurghada in the afternoon, the transfer worked well (we traveled with Tez Tour), in half an hour we were at the hotel. The manager immediately came up and very politely, competently and quickly settled us. Of course, he said the crown * You probably need good numbers? *. We agreed and put $20 in our passports for each house. We had two houses almost next door (2045 and 2049). Initially, on the tour, we paid for standard rooms, but settled in large (family). Our advice: just be polite with the staff, don't be arrogant and don't skimp on small bonuses, for example, a $1 baksheesh or 5 Egyptian pounds will not ruin anyone, but the attitude towards you will be wonderful. As we understood from conversations with the Egyptians, they also have enough arrogance from the Germans (the hotel belongs to the German chain, there are most Germans there).

The rooms are very clean, excellent linens, plenty of towels, good air conditioners, everything is very new and fresh (although the quality of the renovation, of course, leaves much to be desired). Cleaning was every day, once they made a swan, and even with a flower in its beak: ) The water in the minibar was replenished regularly.
VERY good food, it's just that your eyes run wide, you haven't tried everything in a week. Yes, this is not haute cuisine, but the diversity compensates for this as there are 6 restaurants and the cuisine in them is still different. I liked the Moroccan *Tajine* less than others, very specific spices. But German, Mexican and Mediterranean - just lovely. For breakfast - freshly squeezed juice (melon, orange, small green lemons), omelettes or scrambled eggs with any fillers - fried near each restaurant at the entrance according to your desire, inside the restaurants you choose everything to your liking. A lot of vegetables, fruits (we found melons, watermelons, peaches, plums, dates, apricots and grapes). An excellent choice of meat dishes (chicken, lamb, beef, even quail), although there is fish in every restaurant. Barbecue is served in the evenings: lamb legs, whole fish, quails, liver, etc. A lot of desserts for every taste, and cakes with cream. and baklava, and biscuits, and mousses.
Separately, let's say about the pools. The fact that there are 16 of them and they are huge is really true! There are never many people in them, the water is clean and does not stink of bleach (no smell or taste), the skin does not dry out like after a regular pool. The pools are constantly maintained and cleaned. Very well maintained area, green and beautiful. Bungalows are spacious, 49 sq. m. , cool, comfortable.
AQUAPARK is something! ! the mountains are breathtaking. There are many, they are varied.

About the beach. The fact that the sea is not at hand is absolutely not annoying. Never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a bus. The ride is also 5 minutes, the bus is not stuffy. The beach is nice, plenty of umbrellas and sunbeds. Perhaps somewhere there is a better beach, but this one is also good. The lagoon has its advantages, a clean bottom, no waves, for those traveling with children, this is important, safe and good. It is MANDATORY to take corals! Without them, there is nothing to do there, there are a lot of hedgehogs, corals scratch, so you need to be careful. The reef is beautiful, there are fish, stingrays, hedgehogs, there is something to see, so a mask and snorkel will not be superfluous.
Of the minuses: sometimes they stick to girls very much, burrow and become impudent, you need to keep your distance; you shouldn’t count on good booze, it’s simply not there, take it with you or buy it in duty free; there are few double circles in the water park, but single ones and rugs are always heaps.
Nothing more bad to say! You need to have a conscience and not find fault with trifles, then the rest will be a joy to you. The host must be treated with respect, and not behave like the Sultan of Brunei and not look for non-existent flaws. Have a nice holiday! We remember ours with warmth and joy and would very much like to return to this hotel again!
