We traveled as a family with 3 kids aged 8.4 and 2. We bought two standards, upon arrival they asked for a suite (family), they gave it without additional payments, they offered different options to choose from. The room is chic, large, beautiful view of the water park. Daily cleaning, clean towels. Delicious food, every evening duck, chicken, veal, not enough fish and seafood. Delicious cottage cheese in the morning and pastries, unforgettable pizza. But the children still preferred French fries and cola to all food. For the first time we tried and fell in love with guava. Service worthy of four stars.
Of the minuses, there was not always warm water in the pools, for two days it was not heated at all, the children did not swim. The slides are great, but the younger kids didn't slide down any of them. The water park was interesting for the eldest son and my husband and I.
We went to the sea, but there was a strong wind, it was impossible to swim. But this is not a minus, but a natural phenomenon. )

No animation. There are no discos for children or adults. My son came every day according to the schedule for football, and they never managed to assemble a team, "come tomorrow. " And tomorrow again no one.
Although there were a lot of boys in football uniforms, the animators simply did not bring the information to everyone.
We had a great rest, for a week we tanned like chocolates.
I really want to return to a warm period, when the sea is warm and calm, and most likely, to a hotel near the sea.
