We arrived at the hotel at 8 in the morning, but they refused to accommodate us until 14:00, supposedly these are the rules of the hotel, which cannot be violated (it’s not fun to sit in the hotel lobby for 6 hours, despite the fact that we didn’t sleep and didn’t eat anything at night, and in general, we were very tired (Earlier we read in reviews about the hotel that there is a Russian-speaking girl Olga (like an administrator), by 10 o'clock we still found her, and thanks to her, we were settled at 11:00, and not at 14:00 )
While they were sitting and waiting for the settlement, they tried to download something using their Wi-Fi, which is only in the lobby. The result is one - wi-fi is very bad !!!
Although the hotel is 4 stars, hostels sometimes look better than our room. An old TV, a worn track, and everything else has clearly outlived its usefulness. In the photo, the rooms look much better than in reality.

A guide is attached to each tourist, who, in addition to bringing you up to date (check-in / check-out, transfer, etc. ), also tries to impose excursions and at the same time earn money on you, we overpaid $ 5 for each, (about the real we already learned the price on the excursion itself from other tourists) so we need to bargain, although we were convinced that only today and it was for you that there was a big discount ((this was upsetting, although in this city all the locals perceive tourists as walking wallets, and try to breed for money at any opportunity. Guys, an excursion to the city of El Gouna (Egyptian Venice) costs $ 20 if that)

- not far from the beach, the real 1st line (BUT! they write that it is sandy, but this is not entirely true. There are a lot of stones, you can hurt your feet) you can rent corals, slippers for free;
- swimming pool for adults and separate for children;
- near the hotel there is a souvenir shop;
- at any time of the day, one of several bars is open, but drinks and especially beer are not very good, but take as much as you like)
The hotel has an entertainment program in the evenings, but it does not last long, and after 10 there is nothing to do there.
