We visited the hotel in November 2010. Bought the ticket without reading the reviews. Before the flight, we decided to read it all the same (it's interesting). They flew in terror. . . First time in Egypt (before that we were in Turkey). Despite all the scolding and horrifying reviews, we really liked the hotel. It is worth the money that we paid (8 days, somewhere around 47 or 48 thousand with fuel). They settled us very quickly, brought our suitcases to the room. The room (paid a little extra immediately at the reception) was in a new building on the third floor with a side view of the sea, the direct view was on. . . the construction site, but it didn’t spoil our vacation for a single gram, the window was almost always curtained, since the sunny side created a little intimacy, so to speak : ) and we went out onto the balcony a couple of times, we just had no time, in the room we only took a shower and slept (because we got tired all day and didn’t have the strength to look out the windows and go out onto the balcony, even the TV, LCD, by the way, turned on twice for the whole time. ) All the staff are polite and smiling, almost all Russian speakers, not perfect of course, but spoke to them quite clearly. Never had any conflicts with the staff. And Andrei from the trading shop (big hello to him) is a normal guy, sometimes they just went to chat with him. Well done animators, they did not let you get bored day or night. And the food is normal and the beach party is interesting, it’s really better to go into the sea in special. slippers not because of the stones, but because of the sea urchins. The only small minus is that there are really few sunbeds, and I had to get up earlier to take it, but we didn’t see a terrible tragedy in this either, we didn’t sleep until lunchtime (although in general I’m an owl). In general, we all liked everything, the mood is excellent! And at the expense of rudeness, both you and to you. To those who didn’t like this hotel terribly, I want to say: guys, you are flying to a foreign country, pay a penny for it and expect to be accommodated in a VIP hotel and they will, sorry, lick your heels, sorry guys, but you are flying for 7-8 days, pay about 50.000 for TWO, or even three (including flight, food, transfer to and from the hotel, accommodation itself, meals... ) Would you try to fly to Sochi for this amount? I'm afraid that even one is not enough. Be simple, do not look for negativity everywhere and the rest will be great. Good luck to all!
