A couple of days ago I returned from Minomark. There are so many controversial reviews on the site. I will try and impartially describe my impressions. Maybe my review will help someone decide on the choice of hotel.
This is not my first trip abroad, so there is something to compare.
There were many vacationers from Russia, Ukraine, less from Belarus, Egypt itself, Holland, Germany.
Uncomfortable check-in system, tk. we arrived at 7 in the morning, and settled us only at 12, and they didn’t feed us breakfast. But there is no big problem here: I just left my suitcases at the reception and went to enjoy the sea and the sun on the beach. All things remained safe and sound, nothing was missing.

They put me in a room in the main building, but I did not quite like the room and I changed it pretty quickly. I also ate a room closer to the beach, but as it turns out, there the rooms of the main building are called club, and along the alley they are called standart and this is written in the voucher. So here it depends on those who send how they convey the information. There was no balcony, the windows overlooked the street, but the whole set of furniture was necessary - a wardrobe, bedside tables, a chest of drawers with a mirror, a bed, of course a bathroom and shower. They cleaned pretty well, if you hang a “do not disturb” sign - no one will enter the room, there was a hairdryer, shampoo, gels. Of course, the quality is unknown, but I took my hair conditioner with me and there were no problems.
The beach was cozy and divided into several zones, there were enough places for everyone, there is a bar on site. Nearby is a fish restaurant, which once per visit can be visited for free. In general, the whole territory is neat, beautiful, well-groomed. 5 animators worked in the hotel, in the morning / afternoon there was exercise, volleyball, step aerobics, belly dancing, water aerobics, something was done for children, but I didn’t see it. And in the evening there was almost no animation, in principle, after dinner, I almost always went for a walk and did not see anything. There was a disco for children, but for adults it was not. In terms of adult disco, of course, I would like more. We danced near the pool, but somehow very little, and then whoever wanted to go to the disco. Since the hotel is in the city center, it was quite possible to find entertainment to your taste without going far, right at the exit of the hotel, if you walk literally 2 steps to the right, a restaurant with live music. In general, the city does not sleep. And they took us to the disco for $ 5, but if you consider that they bring you there and back + a cocktail, then this is normal. There are a lot of Arabs there, but none of them jumped on them and the animators quickly rebuffed them.
The food is pretty good, every day was considered the cuisine of different countries, but the menu changed slightly, but there was always some kind of trick - serving, waiters' clothes, something was fried right next to the pool, nice music.
There were a lot of all sorts of services in the hotel - and a spa, a Turkish bath, a hairdresser, all kinds of massages, a gym, shops, so many workers on the beach constantly offered to try something, but it’s enough to say “no” and no one will be forced to pull anyone. The staff speaks English, Russian. Nice girl Tanya from Minsk also works with clients.

In general, quite a good hotel for recreation, very good accommodation - both on the seashore and in the center at the same time. Of course, you can always and everywhere find flaws and you always want something more, but since I came to rest, I had no time to sleep, not to mention constantly looking for flaws. ))) It’s nice to have a rest.
