2. The A la Carte restaurant pleased me, especially the waiter, who speaks only English. He, in turn, was pleasantly surprised that we are from Ukraine and communicate with him so easily. Not typical for Egypt.
3. Water park. Everything is good here. If he doesn't, the hotel can be closed.

Minuses: - the hotel is "Zhlobsky", the attitude towards tourists is completely not loyal, they do not make concessions, even though they were with children, they make comments everywhere - don't go there, don't stand there, don't take it. There was an early arrival, the bracelets were put on at 10, until 10 they didn’t eat, they didn’t even give water, they tried to get water at the bar themselves - the waiters drive! The presence of a bracelet at 10 did not save us - since until 13 you will not be able to eat anywhere, only drinks; - old rooms, old furniture, dirty walls and curtains, there is cleaning, but only superficially, there is a constant unpleasant smell of dampness in the toilet, there was no shower switch - contacted the reception, provided an "engineer" who "fixed" - put the switch on the toilet paper!!! - a clothes dryer - a stretched rope in the shower; - the rest of the hotel's infrastructure is also very worn out and in need of repair; - there is no reef, respectively, there are no fish either, there is nothing to look at in the sea; - this is not a hotel problem, but keep in mind: there are a lot of mosquitoes, they poison, but it doesn’t help, so stock up on fumigators and mosquito repellents; - wi-fi - took the Etisalat card at the airport, catches only near the water park and on the beach.

- take rooms overlooking the pool, otherwise the view from the window will disappoint you - on one side there is a fence and a wall of a neighboring hotel, on the other - a desert with a construction site. We paid extra on the spot officially by check (otherwise we just didn’t want to negotiate) 28 c. u.
From the pros:
- food is normal, no frills, but you will not stay hungry;
- the water park stretches the entire hotel;
- many pools, they are cleaned regularly, but the water in November is cool, does not have time to warm up;
- the territory is green, well-groomed, cleaned daily;
- a good fish a-la-cart, we haven't been to others;
- there are shops and a pharmacy near the hotel, but the prices are higher than in Hurghada itself.

The staff is terrible, especially at the front desk. The sea from the shore for families with small children, an adult in the middle of the lower leg. Wi-Fi only paid. The rooms are tired. The food is the best in the hotel.
