Rested at Palm Beach Resort with a friend. We were very sorry that we were only there for 7 days. Turtess is an unsurpassed tour operator: the organization of holidays is at the highest level.
During check-in, we were offered a room with a triple at the end - I refused it without even looking, because I knew from the reviews that this was a "surprise" room (without a balcony). One of our guides, Mustafa, after a little puffing, changed (and I fundamentally did not pay extra) for a room on the first floor overlooking the bar and pool. Separate boundless thanks to the guide Tarek, he is the sweetest and kindest person, the standard of tourism industry workers. Firstly, he knows Russian very well, it was easy to communicate with him. Secondly, he is absolutely competent in all matters of interest to tourists, extremely attentive and put his whole soul into communicating with us. He gave us an evening excursion to Hurghada, told us a lot of useful and interesting information. We were just delighted to communicate with him! On "Badavey" we had a guide Abdurakhman - he translated his name as "king", and called our group "Kings". This is a storehouse of wit and fun. With him, the tour was simply unforgettable.

The staff at the hotel are all very friendly. I remember the Egitian in the dining room - a natural blond. Everyone there is very smiling, they say compliments - well done.
During the winter months in Hurghada it is cool, not always, but often windy, take warm clothes. This is mainly for the evenings.
I liked the animators from Ukraine (Kirovograd), the girls Sasha and Lyuba, as well as the guys.
Yes, I wholeheartedly advise Ukrainians to speak Ukrainian. For example, we taught the guys who give out towels on the beach to say "be a weasel. " They simply went crazy from these words and, as soon as they saw us, they repeated them.
