This is the first time I write a review - there is a reason. The hotel is on a solid 4. Settled quickly. minor repairs in the bathroom were also done within a couple of hours. Food for Egypt is normal: meat / fish / vegetables / side dishes (I am not pretentious in this matter). The staff is friendly, they don’t ask for tips, but if you leave, they rejoice and thank you : )
The main reason for the review is a HUGE THANK YOU to the staff of the HOTEL !! ! for humane treatment of customers. Were with a child of 3 years old - the child fell ill: the throat and the temperature was 39 at night !! ! - they shot down themselves in the morning, they went to the reception not so much for insurance, but for help if it happens again - what to do, where to run? Anex Tour - stupidly frostbitten, insurance too!! ! There was no scandal because -
The hotel manager (Olya), looking at all this, took her to the doctor, examined the child for free and prescribed medicine (2 ye per medicine). The doctor said to contact us at any time of the day, if necessary, and then all week meeting us at the hotel he asked questions like a child! : ) With pleasure we will go there again, but we will not buy anything from Anex; )
