We arrived at the hotel at 11 pm, we were offered a late dinner. When we arrived at the dining room, there was nothing to eat, the local children swept everything clean. But we were not hungry, so we went to the room. We had 2 rooms. The first is for 2 adults, the second is for 2 adults and a child. There are no complaints about number one. In the second, they put a cot for the child, which was terribly uncomfortable, but we decided to wait until the morning for the guide to help us change the room. In the morning we turned to the guide, but they said that there were no free rooms and they would bring a more comfortable cot. We did not want to swear, although as it turned out later the numbers were. We were in Egypt for the first time, so we did not know all the subtleties. Also in the second room there were midges that rushed to food, but we did not apply anymore. At the reception they understand well in Russian, German and English. They can only pretend they don't understand. If you want to be treated well, always be friendly and smiling and they will treat you as well. I would like to say a huge thank you to the staff, they are always polite and smiling, they will ask how you are doing, they will help if necessary. Cleaning was carried out every day, although the tip was left only once. Cleaning is certainly not very good, but we did not litter and we were clean. Towels were changed when we wanted it) a very nice bar on the oasis beach, it's quiet and calm and always good bartenders. I would like to single out Mukhamed, who will always make a delicious cocktail and cheer you up for the whole day. We were very pleased with the beach, nothing could be better for a child. The beach offers good excursions and at a good price. You can turn to Roma, who will tell you everything : ) the animation tried, but we were not up to it, the main thing is unobtrusive. There was enough food in the dining room, but not very diverse, you definitely won’t stay hungry. Delicious pastries, cakes and ice cream. For lunch and dinner, they carry drinks themselves, in order to save money, but they will always bring as much as you say. The Internet in the hotel is a very big problem, it loads terribly, it’s better to buy a SIM card, but at the reception there are very nice staff who helped connect free Wi-Fi, well, they only loaded Viber and WhatsApp. By the end of our holiday, a lot of Arabs arrived, who filled everything: the dining room, the pool, the sea. There are no discos in the hotel, the hotel is not suitable for youth recreation, well, or go to a disco in the city. The territory of the hotel is very beautiful and well-groomed, the pools are always clean as are the sun loungers and towels, but it's better not to leave towels on the beach, a penalty for losing $ 20.
