Traveled with my thirteen year old daughter. I decided to write a review for the sake of the Anex tour guides. Despite the fact that I refused excursions, the guide Ali agreed that we should change the room. Reception (here agree with all previous reviews) treats us like second rate. On the night of departure, they did not even wake up, although the guide warned them. They refused to change my number, pretended not to understand, and then they spoke perfectly in Russian. But for me this is the only negative in the rest. Otherwise, I liked the hotel. Corresponds to positive reviews.
