We recently arrived from Egypt - we had a family vacation (husband, me and daughters 8 and 12 years old) at the Palm Beach Resort 4 * hotel (Hurghada). Everyone liked the rest, the girls were delighted, and my husband and I were satisfied. We were not immediately settled - we had to wait an hour and a half, since we arrived in the morning. We were given a room on the first floor. Everything is standard: a wardrobe, a dressing table with a large mirror, two chairs with a coffee table, air conditioning, a safe, a refrigerator. Bedding, white towels. The bathroom is small but has a bathtub. All plumbing is good. Everywhere is very clean. It was nice that on the first floor there was a balcony from which you can take a walk on the neighboring lawn. The territory is well-groomed. many trees, bushes. There are two swimming pools, two slides, a children's pool, and a small Jacuzzi pool. Near the pools there is a recreation area. The main restaurant is large, it has a second zone of Italian cuisine, where you need to sign up. The food is excellent. There are plenty to choose from. Breakfasts are standard. For lunch and dinner there are more meat dishes , fish , soups . Cook delicious. There is also a main bar, jokingly called the summer kitchen, located between the beach and the main pool, where you can eat all day. The kids were running all the time. The beach is not far, as the youngest daughter said: "I almost jumped on one leg! " The sand is clean. The descent is gentle, no special shoes are needed. There is a wonderful playground on the beach, animators work with children there, sometimes you can’t get it out of there. In the evening performances are given on the stage , in the lobby bar there are discotheques , shows , impromptu animation entertainments . The hotel staff is well trained. A group of smart animators, cooks, waiters, bartenders, guys from the reception - all have excellent quality of service. Be sure to visit the excursions. We took Mohamed Amon from a local guide, found on VKontakte his page two to Cairo and a sea trip to Dolphin Bay. Prices are much lower than we were offered by other guides with their horror stories. This hotel is recommended to visit. We will definitely come back here.
