We went to rest at the end of March with a family (three of us) on a relatively inexpensive tour. The Wintour travel agency advertised this hotel right inside and out. There are agencies that would only sell a ticket to sell it, I do not advise anyone to go there. After all, we planned to go to another hotel, we were persuaded by the agent. It’s a pity we didn’t read reviews the day before about Palm Beach, we believed it. . . Let's start with the fact that the hotel is very, very old, its condition is very deplorable. If it’s still bearable outside, then everything in the rooms is shabby and old, the beds are broken, moreover, they couldn’t put us in a room with one double and a single bed. They explained that there are no such rooms, despite the fact that the workload was only 30% during this period. They settled us in an old room, where there were 3 separate beds, one of which was simply broken in the middle, and the springs popped out in the second mattress, but the staff had nothing to replace. The rooms are cleaned irregularly, but this is comparatively the least evil. . . The beach is not cleaned, the sunbeds are almost all broken, the staff practically does not respond to any requests, you can stand endlessly at the bar for a cocktail. Zero fun! In the evenings, inside in a small cafe, a type of "party" was arranged, more like in summer children. In the camps of the show, although the 8-year-old daughter was pleased, for the rest it’s just a time to sit and drink cheap alcohol (the whole tastes the same), because there is nothing more to do there. The website states that the pools are heated. . . in theory, yes, there is, but the administration replied that they do not include heating. This is March, you can imagine that the water at this time is not higher than 14-16 degrees - that the sea, that the pool - the water is icy. As a result, no one swam, only lay sunbathing. I also want to highlight the kitchen separately - it's just sadness. In 4 days I became hungry, like a wolf, and I began to dream about food. The menu is terrible, there is no assortment at all - all the time the same (2-3 rice dishes, 2-3 bean dishes, vegetable stew, soy sausages, a couple of rolls, well, at least in the morning you could eat a dry breakfast, pour milk, fruits, by the way, like scrambled eggs, they are taken apart in the first 15 minutes, so if you sleep a little longer, you will eat beans again! ). Cooks apparently recruited only to wear hats, everything is unsalted, tasteless, in short, nothing. There are no meat dishes, even soy cutlets and sausages. Only one type of fish was served with a very strange aftertaste, greasy, it was impossible to eat. But this, apparently, was considered cool, because only every other day. We are not even talking about any seafood delicacies. Once we ate all the same in a week - when we went on an excursion to a paradise island, they gave us food on the yacht. It is also indicated that there is an A la carte service: they will put you in the corner of the restaurant and bring you the same thing that everyone eats in the main hall, it’s just that you don’t take it yourself, but they bring it to you. And if you ask that they say give something to eat normal, they say - it's only for a fee))). This can be described ad infinitum. . I would like to warn people not to think of going there, because everything positive that is said about the hotel is mainly written by the agents themselves or people who rested only in private student villages near Odessa. I guess the hotel gives kickbacks to the agencies for the tours sold. Therefore, do not be fooled, it is better to pay $ 100 more, but to relax, and not to suffer!
