We returned from the hotel 2 days ago, so I write from fresh memory! The hotel was chosen well for a very long time, so that both in terms of budget and quality, they advised this one, after reading the reviews, more good than bad, so we settled on choosing palm beach. I'll write the cons first. Upon arrival at 8 am at the hotel, we were immediately settled, but where! ? Standard room without a balcony overlooking the wall and the construction site. . . the second floor. There was some dumbass at the reception who said that there were no available rooms and the whole hotel was full, after walking around the territory a little, I decided to see what number we had on the tour, it was a garden view room, I came again to figure it out, and eventually got to the chief at the reception, he listened to me and we were immediately moved to a two-room suite with a view of both the garden and the sea and the pool, after that when I came to the reception everyone was very friendly to me : ) they even allowed me to have lunch on the day of departure.
Room cleaning. The guy cleaned up so-so, he didn’t wash the floor, there was a layer of dust under the bed, he forgot to put paper and water, apparently he just swept and changed beds, when he reminded him he put 10 bottles for water ?????? )) corrected)
The food is monotonous, sometimes you don’t know what to eat, although a lot of things are provided (rice, potatoes, pasta, fresh vegetables, stews, meat, fish, some kind of salads, sweets like cakes and pastries everywhere), sometimes spicy, sometimes not very tasty , weakly for fruits (melon, orange, grape fruit apples bananas tangerines) dates, I wanted guava and strawberries, now it’s just the season) they gave ice cream a couple of times for dinner, very tasty) coffee drinks were terrible, instant and only black tea, local yuppies, but you could drink coffee at the bar or ask the waiters to bring it, there was latte, cappuccino and americano, delicious!

You can dine both in the restaurant and by the pool, but the restaurant had more choice!
In principle, everything was negative, everything else was pleasant, the staff was pleasant, not arrogant, if some problem arose, they immediately eliminated it (for example, the remote control did not work from the TV in the room, she said, they immediately changed it, the pasta in the restaurant was very sharp, she told the manager and they brought me out in a plate without sauce, I needed the Internet urgently, the general manager gave it to me from his phone) Everyone is smiling, friendly) especially after we gave chocolate, chewing gum, seeds, gozinaki to those who we liked, generally ran around us : )
The territory is cool, everything is beautiful, clean, well-groomed, you look right and the eye rejoices, the entry into the sea is gorgeous, sunbeds need to be borrowed early in the morning to lie where you want and comfortably, it was windy at that time that we were and many people were lying by the pool, at least the wind didn’t blow so much there, but we only went to the beach and occupied sunbeds with wind protection, and when you lie down it’s very comfortable, the water was refreshing, but you could swim) there are a lot of Germans, Poles and Ukrainians in the hotel, the hotel is calm, perfect for a family vacation!
In the evening there were not bad show programs, a children's disco, they work until 12 at night and pour drinks.
Animation is weak, that was what is not.
In general, I advise this hotel, and I’m sure that you will be satisfied like us, even despite the small disadvantages, they are everywhere, and if you also find fault with everything, then you won’t like it anywhere and no one will please!
I would give this hotel 5 stars instead of 4! Compare with the 5 in which I was, this 4 is much better and more pleasant and I want to return to it.
