We flew from 6 to 13 June 2012. from TUI (Mostrevel) - for the first time by plane and abroad. Everything went with the flights unexpectedly smoothly and in time, like on a bus, only high and beautiful We met the TUI promptly with a corridor of signs from the plane to the bus, answered questions, though one airport employee was angry that he got into our camera . We arrived in the evening around 20.00. At the reception I smiled and asked for a nice room. Dali on the 1st floor with a veranda and a view almost of the pool - they arranged for us, they did not change and pay. By the way, there are many outlets, not just one. But I saw it in the photo at home under the bedside tables
Service. . There is nothing to compare with, except for the Krasnodar Territory, so SUPER! I had a lot of questions forever, but they listened to us attentively, tried their best to understand (we don't know English very well, and they speak Russian), to help, to solve all the issues. I don't remember any problems. The only thing is that they got dirty in fuel oil 1 time. We wiped the body and washed / stroked and brought swimsuits to the room, and then asked to show the place where we caught him in order to clean it. The dolphins really swim up at any time of the day and play with the tourists - lovely!
Food . . on day 5 they noticed that it was monotonous, but it was very far from home monotony. Just in a week you can try all the dishes once. They cook very tasty, only there is a lot of vinegar in the pickles. From fruits dates, oranges, grapefruit, melons. We bought a watermelon in a pharmacy outside the territory for $ 4. The bars have everything, they drank and ate everything, especially delicious beer. Never poisoned anywhere and nothing. In the afternoon, before lunch, delicious French fries with meat in the bar, it’s a pity we didn’t take spare stomachs with us . The pastry is good, it seemed to us excellent on the 2nd day after returning home, when the "monotony" of the hotel had already disappeared, and the non-drying buns brought from the hotel were becoming tastier
The beach is large and clean, I did not see anything other than jellyfish on the beach and in the water. On the left, construction is a plus for us! Additional area for recreation and corals with lots of fish and animals. On the right is the hotel, but it seems to be empty, there is a security guard and dogs - we didn’t go, we looked from the pier. There is a strong wind in the morning, but, of course, it is far from cold in June
There are two pools, the water is clean, in the evening it is distilled through cleaners and chlorinated, but bleach is not felt at all - even strange
Room . . Everything is fine, 4 Russian channels. For lovers of shortcomings: the shower is not removed, the air conditioner does not seem to heat up (just checked), you can’t smoke a hookah anywhere on the territory, except for bars (but we smoked, we just hid it under the table before leaving and the air conditioner was turned on so that the fire did not work from smoke). The room has a free safe in the closet, Wi-Fi and Internet in the computer room for a fee - did not use.
I'm tired of writing, although I can talk for a long time, there were no shortcomings for us personally, I'm writing just for those to whom these little things are important, we are not picky.
