Arrived at the FUN & SUN Family Bellagio on December 12th. Family hotel!!!
All with children, we also have 2 children. The pool is cold with a water temperature of +21, although it is stated everywhere that 2 pools are heated. Everyone lies and says that it will work tomorrow. They do not respond to official emails. Kick from hotel management to tour operator TUI. TUI representative just sent to court! On December 16 at 12.00, everyone who complained was told that everything had already been turned on and in 2 hours it would be warm such a thermometer that the water was already +23. After 2 hours the water was again +21. But no one from the administration was there. Today, again, I came with the question of what to do with the children, they promised to meet with the director of the hotel in an hour. Of course, after an hour no one came. I sit and wait for the second hour. Both the administrator and the travel agent fled. 5 days they lie, then in the evening we will give an answer, then tomorrow. We could have moved to another hotel if not for their lies. To whom to go? What to do? Nobody cares. People go to the hotel and no one warns them that their vacation is to look at the water. The pool is closed from December 11th. No one is warned and is not given the opportunity to change the hotel in advance. Rest and vacation ruined.
