We arrived at this hotel as it turned out for a big promotion (the hotel did advertising for Russians), put bracelets on us, bracelets for Russians, as it turned out later, they were different from tourists from other countries (they were plastic, and in a different color, and these are not bracelets without alcohol that the Arabs have) we were simply marked, and we discussed this with so many Russian vacationers. It is very cold in February, the icy sea and just ice pools (like a christening in a river), one of the smallest pools with slides for children was heated, but everything in it is like herrings in a barrel.
The slides should turn on in time from 2 to 4 o'clock, the children were all waiting, but the workers never turned on at the time !! ! At our request, they simply turned away and said closed. Opened closer to 3 o'clock. There is not a single animator who speaks Russian, as well as all the staff, except for guides, pretend that they do not understand anything, neither in a restaurant, nor in cafes and bars !! ! The animators pretended that they didn’t notice us at all, passing by they didn’t even say hello, but simply turned away, approached only in the evening when they offered to go to the city for a disco for $ 20. On the 2nd floor there is a disco every day, but all the first places at the tables are occupied by Arabs, and everything is done only for them, with 70% Russians in the hotel, all songs are in Arabic, all communication is in English. We went every day, asking for something to be turned on for the Russians, but no!!!
I really liked the kitchen in the general restaurants (the only thing I liked), but it simply couldn’t be just cooked separately for us, but I think it would be worse. In the snack bar, hamburgers, pizza. Pizza was prepared in its entirety only for Arabs and foreigners (at which they put it aside and brought it to them on a tray), but we Russians had to wait for a piece to be allocated to us, just like with hamburgers, as Arabs and foreigners were served, they just left. The cocktails in the bar were delicious the first two times, otherwise they badly everything, and they said that they didn’t have anything, at the same time, on a tray, others (not Russians) carried everything on a tray of fruit, and these were free bars. In a cafe where coffee and cakes were generally trash !!!
Everyone except the Russians poured coffee and tea into mugs and glasses with a smile, but to us into cardboard glasses, and when they asked to pour it into normal glasses, they pretended not to understand, there was an incident after the bartender asked to pour it into a glass glass, he almost threw out coffee, with the words step back, I actually work, a scandal began, many Russians gathered and everyone was talking about terrible service and general attitude towards Russians, they of course apologized, but the sediment remained !! ! The cafe asked to bring when we eat all the dishes and glasses !!!!! ! (they brought it to everyone else) I thought that the next day they would make them wash and wipe the tables. There are so many negative things I can say about this hotel! After him, you don’t want to not only go back there, but in general not when not to come to Egypt.

Arrived at the FUN & SUN Family Bellagio on December 12th. Family hotel!!! All with children, we also have 2 children. The pool is cold with a water temperature of +21, although it is stated everywhere that 2 pools are heated. Everyone lies and says that it will work tomorrow. They do not respond to official emails.

We could have moved to another hotel if not for their lies. To whom to go? What to do? Nobody cares. People go to the hotel and no one warns them that their vacation is to look at the water. The pool is closed from December 11th. No one is warned and is not given the opportunity to change the hotel in advance. Rest and vacation ruined.

I chose this hotel for my vacation with my family, because. it is more oriented towards foreigners. We arrived at the hotel at about 8 in the morning, immediately put on bracelets and sent for breakfast, at 9 we were settled at no extra charge. Rooms are good, spacious and cleaned daily.
