The hotel liked:
- very tasty food (and varied),
- a beautiful large area,
- high-quality excursions.
Did not like:
- meals on excursions (diving, Luxor),
- unprofessional animation,
- service in the restaurant (the waiters behaved extremely impudently, when it was necessary to clean the table, they pretended that they did not understand what they were talking about, snatched full plates of food from under their noses without asking! )

- a room, although they gave $ 10 at the reception: we were of course settled in a room with a balcony, a large bed and air conditioning, but the sewerage was so clogged that when taking a shower, I had to worry about how far the water would flow from where it should there was a shower cabin (it got to the point that the water flowed into the common corridor). The furniture in the room is a complete goodbye! Before purchasing a tour to the hotel, I read in the reviews that the furniture is old, but it is really very old, one can only guess where the owners of the hotel, built in 2000, took it. (for 8 years it all could not wear out SO much)
- For $ 1 left every day, the cleaning guys did not make any figures out of towels (the same thing happened at the Beach Albatros hotel, where a friend was resting). But the guys (cleaners) behaved very decently and they had very sad eyes, so it was a pity for them that there was no dollar : )
- I did not like the attitude of the Russian guide Tez Tour (Alla) - it seemed that with her answers to our questions she was doing us a huge favor! For comparison: the guides Tez Tour-Egyptians behaved more professionally, especially Ahmed, and were happy to answer our questions : )
- I didn’t like the attitude of the animators: as soon as they found out that we were not Germans, they immediately lost all interest in us and left. This applied to all the hotel staff: they have some kind of wrong attitude towards Russians, and I felt uncomfortable. Highly.
