Rested with children (2 and 4 years). This is the second time in this hotel (2015 - first time). Somewhat disappointed. Arrived on a night flight, arrived at the hotel at 7 am. Check-in had to wait until 13:00. Several times we approached the administration with a request to settle earlier, because we have small children. Answer , , No numbers ,, . Although, the Germans who arrived later settled almost immediately. True, they put on bracelets and we were able to have breakfast. Number, despite the fact that handed a certain amount, went to the old and uncomfortable. Plus, in a day they practically blocked the view from the balcony, repairing the next one. The administration did not bother to warn and relocate. Animation in the hotel is very weak. There is no comparison with the team that worked in 2015. I was surprised that there were practically no shows in the hotel amphitheater (the show ,, 1001 nights, , takes place on another). Children's animation used to last about an hour, now 30 minutes. Discos (if you can call them that) were held on the central alley, near the Jazz bar: crowded and terribly stuffy. It is not clear why other areas are not involved, such as the lobby terrace or at the lobby bar. As for food, everything is fine here. You can make a choice in any of the restaurants. However, there is no children's menu. From 11 o'clock there was always ice cream in the vending machines. Drinkers didn't have a problem. Go to the beach 5-7 minutes. The beach leaves much to be desired, a lot of stones, you need special shoes. We went mainly to the sandy spit. There children can play on the sand and watch the fish. The beach bar is open from 11 am to 4 pm. Drinks could have been taken earlier. And a few words about room service. This is the first time we've encountered something like this. When you check in, there was not a single towel, there were no shampoos, gels. They brought only one towel (for four) by the end of the day, and the rest only by the end of the second day, with repeated reminders. Linen changed once in 10 days. The hotel has been renovated. The main restaurant has been completely changed, it has become more convenient, but has lost its own face. The courtyards have changed, they have become prettier. We hope that other vacationers this year were more fortunate.
