We have been resting in Hurghada for 5 years, this is 2 times a year and this is only this hotel. We are regular customers, almost like locals. The 1st time we went, not even knowing where, everything was fine with us. And every year the quality of their service improves. We have no complaints about them. And I will not warn in advance about some pitfalls either. This is a wonderful hotel, with beautiful grounds and excellent sea.
