We rested in this hotel from December 20 to December 31 with a family with a child of 8 years. In Egypt 3 times, before that we were in 5 * economy class. We always carefully chose a hotel based on reviews, filtered. We have never received such impressions from this hotel.

And this is taking into account the fact that they put 10k in the passport. Our friends without money settled in better buildings. The final impression was spoiled by the suitcase delivery man, who extorted 5 bucks. As usual, we gave 1$, but he did not leave and said that his services cost 5$. The argument lasted about 5 minutes until he received the second dollar and finally left. We were also unlucky with the weather. It was cold for 2 days and there were almost no people at the pool and the sea. Pluses began to appear with the first rays of the hot sun. The weather improved, new acquaintances, exchange of emotions and everything began to seem not so bad. The hotel has very good beaches, a warm pool, slides on the beach did not work, but no one could ride them, because the water in the sea was very cold and the wind was blowing strongly at the top. The room had hot water and everything else faded into the background. In general, the hotel is not so bad if not for:
1. Serving bartenders in the lobby and at the pool, who blatantly ignore children, serve foreigners first, pour half a glass of drinks and pay no attention to you without $ 1 in your pocket. On the second week of stay, a new feature appeared in general - NO DISHES !!! ! Crowds in the Lobby and savvy Russians coming up with their dishes and skipping the line.

2. Nutrition. Briefly - there is NOTHING, but delicious))) For 11 days there was practically no chicken. Only small cuts with vegetables, half-baked fish and a cook cutting boiled beef and rolls into transparent slices. Although, in general, it was not possible to stay hungry, despite the meager choice of dishes and the queue))) Eat tomatoes with caution - they come across rotten. By the way, it’s better to come after 8 if you don’t want to queue for 15-20 minutes. The main food is fish (half-raw), chicken with vegetables, soups, mashed potatoes and pasta (inedible), in the evening beef in various forms, cucumbers! Everything else is inedible or for beauty. In our company, everyone had digestive problems - toilet sickness, poisoning, etc.
3. Room stock. All buildings, except for 1 and 4, are quiet horror. God forbid you get there.
4. Animation. She just doesn't exist! A few idle wandering animaches create the feeling that they are hiding from vacationers. On a bad weather day, we entertained some of them by playing Mafia (and shouldn't they be entertaining??? ) in the Lobby.
5. ANEX. Inadequate guide MOHSEN arranged a showdown at the meeting about incoming and outgoing tourists with threats of not leaving, etc. In his opinion, this is disrespectful, and even had a comparison with the toilet. The imposition of excursions is also with threats that if we do not decide in 2 hours, then orders will not be accepted. And finally, the flight was delayed by 13.5 hours.
