Очень хороший отель Very good hotel

Good afternoon everyone! We rested at the Steigenberger Aqua Magic 5 * hotel from March 10 to March 19.2015, three adults and a child of 10 years old. We were greeted well at the airport, quickly passed control and were placed on buses. The hotel is very close to the airport, 5-7 minutes, we were brought in first. At the hotel we were met by a guide, at the reception they sat us in comfortable chairs, gave us all the necessary information on settling in, put on bracelets and gave us a delicious cooling drink. The check-in was also fast, the 7th building was booked. The rooms are good, everything is clean, the equipment is working and the furniture is not bad, a good view of the pools and the water park. The minibar was replenished every day (water, pepsi, mirinda, sprite), cleaning was also done every day. The hotel is very good, beautiful, clean, pleasant and polite staff (not a single one will pass by without a smile and will definitely ask if everything is fine). The food is varied and tasty. The beach is clean, good access to the sea. The animation is decent, good and funny guys, every day there are various activities both on the beach and near the water park (darts, fun games, aqua aerobics, water polo and others). Now about excursions: they didn’t take excursions from hotel guides, as it’s very expensive, and don’t listen about insurance, all this is nonsense, this is their job and they just need to sell the excursion.
