We were from 01.25 to 02.01 this year. And we really liked the place, the food and the people. The staff is friendly, smiling and always ready to help. I would like to mention Olga, who works in the administration, helped us on every issue. Also, the chef Ahmed of the main restaurant always asked for an opinion about the cuisine. Animators - ringleaders, very nice guys. During the day they entertained people in a great way, and in the evenings they organized performances. I also want to answer the waiters who, in the heat, ran around the pools and delivered drinks. Despite the complexity of the work, they were always in a good mood and smiled, always kept up the conversation and just cheered up. We booked a deluxe but since they didn't have a room available at the time, they put us in a family deluxe suite which is bigger as there was an extra room. Cleaned and tidied up every day. Minibar and safe are free. And if you leave $ 1, then they will surprise you with peacocks from towels or other living creatures. Everything was clean. Quiet during the day. Unless in the evening (our number went on stage), the animators put on a show. And that show lasted until 22:00 or until 22:30 and then it was quiet. But we only spent one evening in the room, and even then the music and the noise outside the window did not interfere with us. Towels are changed every day. You yourself can change the towels that you are given to the beach / pool. Every day you spend on a clean towel. The gym is not big, but in the mornings there is no one there, and you can safely go in for sports. The equipment in the gym is new and well maintained. The pools are clean. I am allergic to chlorine. But in this case, everything was fine, and I did not have any reaction. Every morning the pools were cleaned and put in order. It is not a problem to walk to the sea. But if you do not want this, then transport can bring you to the sea. The food is very tasty and varied, every evening dinner was dedicated to some cuisine. And indeed everything was done very tasty, drinks are varied. The waiters themselves bring you drinks, you just have to say, and you have to take care of the food. The hotel also offers other services, such as a spa, a beauty salon (etc), but we did not use it. And we don't complain. Everything was great without it. . Alternatively, you can check-in to 2-3 a'la carte restaurants and dine in a luxurious rooftop restaurant or in an Italian hotel. I recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone. I know one thing that we will come back here.
