Arrival. They settled us relatively quickly, they did not require an additional fee, they gave a good room, on the 5th floor with a huge balcony and a view of the water park. Everything is standard in the room - safe, mini bar, refrigerator, TV, hair dryer, well, all accessories in the bathroom - everything is available; a double bed, and for a teenage child there was a rollaway bed with a fairly comfortable mattress. We arrived at 21.30, but managed to have dinner and look around a bit. The first impression is not very, as for a good German hotel. We decided not to make hasty conclusions - the morning is wiser than the evening. The morning really dispelled gloomy thoughts, the hotel is beautiful, the territory, although small, looks pretty good, everything is compact and at the same time does not press.

We got into full population, there were a lot of people, because of this there were small queues in the restaurant, but somehow it didn’t bother, there were always enough places, food was always served, the queues diverged quite quickly. It should be noted that there are a lot of places in the main restaurant. The food was delicious and we had enough variety. There were three types of fish, meat - chicken, duck, beef, seafood - shrimp, squid meat. There were always two types of soup for lunch and dinner. From fruits - melon, apples, oranges, plums, peaches, pears, dates, bananas, a couple of times there was guava. Delicious cheeses for breakfast. And just delicious treats! From alcohol - good wine (we drank red) and beer. Visited the a la carte restaurant on the roof - "Sky" - really liked it.

You have to walk for 7-8 minutes, there is a shuttle, but we did not use it, the road to the beach is quite beautiful, we enjoyed the walk. On the first day there were not enough sunbeds, we arrived too late due to a meeting with the guide. The problem was solved within 20 minutes - from the territory of the neighboring beach of the STEIGENBERGER AL DAU BEACH hotel they brought us sunbeds, though we had to walk around and ask, like we had a few more newcomers. The service staff communicates in German, speaks little Russian, a little better in English, thanks to our children - they helped out))) To resolve issues, you can contact guest relation Anna, she will help with the translation and voicing of your problem.

They took us from the tour operator to the shopping center of Hurghada - Senzo Mall, the prices are about the same as in the local Cleopatra - Bazaar . . We took an excursion to Luxor - we liked it very much, although the road was very exhausting, but it's worth it.
