The Sultan Beach Hotel was chosen from a photo on the Internet, apparently they were VERY well processed. The photo is completely untrue. It is a pity that such bugs can generally be called hotels. I never thought that a 4 * hotel could be of such a low level (to put it mildly). Sultan Beach does not even pull on 2 *.
We checked into the hotel in the evening. And already at the reception I saw a layer of dust untouched for years. We were brought to a room with rickety furniture, broken switches, dirty carpet, dirty floor, etc. We asked to change the room. But they gave me a better number.
The next morning, we turned to our guide from the Anex tour - Fady Sobhy with a request to change our hotel. Our guide said that it was impossible to do this without even bothering to call and clarify this issue. He began to dissuade us and said that all the hotels were busy. But this turned out not to be the case. We found a hotel ourselves, to which we were later moved. The guide did not communicate with us at all, giving the impression of his complete indifference to our problem.

The problem had to be solved by ourselves through the hotline of the tour operator Anex tour. Our request to the guide to contact the hotline or his management directly was refused in a rude manner.
For some reason, when we complained about our hotline guide, he was constantly justified. It is very sad that the tour operator is not interested in a good impression of himself.
