The hotel fully deserves its 4 *. The staff is friendly, the food is good, though a little monotonous, but you don’t stay there for the rest of your life. The animators are doing a good job. The sea is shallow, and this is the only negative. At the reception, they are a little frostbitten, but you don’t need to pay attention to them. The guide from TezTour - Mutasim - is smart, like everyone else in this company. In general, we liked it, who loves a relaxing holiday and with children - you can go. There are a lot of foreigners in the hotel - Poles, Germans, etc. Everyone is happy, only some Russians don't like it : -)
