Who does the author recommend the hotel to?: For families with children
We went to Egypt for the second time, there was something to compare with. The hotel is 4 stars, a little stretched, but just a little bit. In order:
1. They immediately gave $ 50 at the reception, for which they received a beautiful room with a view of the pool and the sea, watching the sunrise from the balcony was simply fabulous.
2. The room is clean, only the tulle on the window is stained, which is the norm for the Egyptians, they generally have their own ideas about cleanliness, the desert, there is no water, what do you want?
3. They cleaned every day, constantly changed linen and towels, washed the floors regularly and thoroughly (but we didn’t really pig, so I can only judge the quality of cleaning superficially), tips were left regularly, for which we received a “goose on a platter” once from towels.

4. Food - I really liked it. In the morning, it's a little monotonous, and there is always a small queue for cucumber-tomatoes so beloved by Russians. But otherwise - brilliant, there was always something to choose from - fish, chicken, meat - this set is unchanged at lunch and dinner. They gave a lot of fruit - melons, bananas, dates, pomegranates, apples. Only for some reason, chopped fruit was taken out completely
immersed in a vase of water, which slightly spoiled their taste. the pastries were fabulous, which they just didn’t try!
5. The pool is small, it has a bar and a children's place. But in vain we chose a hotel where there is a heated pool, the Egyptians did not turn it on, and the water was icy. Sunbeds by the pool, by the sea had to take early in the morning, who loved the nightlife - sunbathing on towels.
6. The sea was disappointing at first - an elongated lagoon, which is also divided into two hotels, ours is not the best part. But I read in the reviews "they say, the sea is a dirty, smelly puddle. " I do not agree. Of course, it is better to relax on an open beach, but even here there are pluses - there is no strong wind and waves, the water is warmer, it is generally wonderful to swim with children. At the end of the lagoon - corals with fish, you could take a catamaran and swim out into the open sea.
7. Animations were not noticed at all, gymnastics-aqua aerobics-dancing-football-volleyball-water polo - that was all, but nothing more. Some competitions were held in the evenings, but all this was in a small stuffy bar, we didn’t want to sit there. Why they didn't use the beautiful outdoor disco area is a mystery to us.
8. I really liked the garden at the hotel, everything is so green, flowering, the bushes are intricately trimmed. They cleaned the area cleanly, did not see any garbage anywhere.
9. The attitude of the staff is so-so, but we are largely to blame ourselves, when a completely drunk Russian yells at the Egyptian "pour more, ram", what to expect from them? In general, there were a couple of unpleasant moments, but we eliminated them quickly, did not let ourselves be offended, and everything fell into place.

10. Guide at the hotel from "Teztur" - no. But our group was only our family of three, so maybe he decided not to strain for such a small audience. Excursions were taken from our tour operator, everything was on top, there is nothing to complain about. Only one minus for the guide - he did not warn us that at the reception there was a very low exchange rate, so here we were much "thrown". There is an exchange 500 meters from the hotel, where the exchange rate is much higher.
My advice to everyone - look for the pros in everything, as you tune in, you will rest!
