Recently returned from this hotel. I want to say right away that there are a lot of biased reviews, but basically many are right. We went for 11 days in mid-April 2009, we went with a small group. Before that, I have been to Turkey many times, in various hotels from 3 to 5 stars, and of course the difference is noticeable. In the brochures, the hotel is listed as 4 stars, and I want to say right away that it corresponds to them. BUT!!!!! ! the worst thing about the hotel is the sea, although it's all written in the advertisements, you still don't expect this. Before the trip, we read the reviews and, in principle, were ready for a lot. Well, now about everything in order:
we arrived at 12 noon, and waited until two until we were settled, there were still tourists with us who were waiting from 9 in the morning, this is of course a complete pi....they won’t wash after the plane (and fly 4 and a half hours), not change clothes, because in Moscow when we flew away it was only 5 degrees, and in Egypt it was already 30,
here you sit, roughly speaking, in a stuffy hall in jeans and sneakers, and then expire. As a result, we sat for an hour, and only after the battle at the reception we were finally put on these bracelets so that we could at least drink water. As a result, hour X finally came, and we were settled in a room, well, I’ll immediately say this is something, we got a room overlooking the road, with a common huge balcony, on which all the time, every morning, starting at six o’clock, they rushed and squealed kids, this is absolutely terrible. Before we had time to enter the room, our things were brought to us, and we did not ask anyone about this, and the porter simply snatched them from our hands. well, in short, he came, and just insolently began to demand tea, we gave him a dollar (For them, by the way, this is a lot), and he was also dissatisfied, they say, why so little, and begged for more, and stood for 15 minutes, and was indignant at in his own language, he left only after I started to undress openly,

because he categorically did not understand simple words, or pretended to. Well, then, of course, a shower........ I don’t know why everyone is so unhappy with it, but in our room it was decent, it could be regulated, and you can wash as much as you want, and as you want, there is shower gel in the bathroom shampoo well, and a bunch of all sorts of nonsense including candles!!!!! ! I want to note that in Turkey all this is not always available in hotels even 5 stars. Then it was time for lunch, well, yes, the dining room, well, yes, the tables are not wiped, but the food is AWESOME !!! ! in no other hotel in Egypt you will find such a variety and goodies, the only thing that let us down is salads, and everything else is just super, on Thursdays they cook crabs, the taste is so-so, but in itself it is very cool! And of course, then these are drinks, all locally produced, but everything is very decent, and they pour at least drunk))) and many did so, they started drinking from 10 in the morning, and by dinner they were already sleeping right in the bar, an unpleasant sight,
but you can just laugh at them))))) the beer is very tasty, the only negative is that if you drink on the street, then you are poured into plastic cups, which we sell for 50 kopecks, and of course half of the beer is there, the rest is foam. Then it was time for a walk to the beach, and of course it was completely disappointing......... an ordinary dirty puddle, you don’t have a view of the horizon, no corals, just nothing, and in this puddle they still managed to teach surfing, well, imagine , you swim and literally a meter away from you a dude on the board passes, and you know that this is not an instructor but a student, that is, he can run into you, in short, the sea is just horror. After this disappointment, of course, you go to the pool and try to kick back there, BUT, all the sunbeds under the umbrellas are occupied, and you can only be in this sun after 2 pm and until 12 am, it is insanely scorching. I myself am very dark, and never burned, not under the hot Turkish sun,
not under our southern, but here smeared with cream with a factor of 30 !!! ! I was just purple flowers, and I couldn’t move my hands at all, plus, on the third day of rest, I started having a wild allergy, my whole body itched and pinched terribly, and then we were told that every second person had such garbage here in the sun, and at the same time, no one will help you with this, insurance is not designed for allergies, so my friends, you don’t have to chase a tan, otherwise you won’t get rest, but the devil knows what, and stock up on creams with protection of at least 50, at least for the first days. about evening animation and about animation in general, from 11 in the morning animators go around the pool and yell at the top of their lungs that now there will be either gymnastics or volleyball, and all these events take place far from the pool, and many simply go to this place in the bastard, music there is none, just silence and cries of vacationers, in the evening, at 22.30 there is always some kind of show, BUT in the place where they spend it,
to be simply not real, it is insanely small, and without kondeya!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ! in short, we were at the disco only once, the music is cool, who are used to Moscow clubs, you go there, but in order to dance you will need to shove a bunch of people, and they will constantly shove you in the side, not on purpose, but because of that, that there is no place.

After traveling to this hotel, I can say one thing, that at least there is simply nothing to do in Hurghada, except for snorkeling, and since there is no sea in this hotel, there is nothing to do there at all, in principle, we went to the city beach by taxi, and they also paid for being there, it’s very cool there, I’ve never seen such an underwater world in my life, there you just have fish you want, and stingrays and everything else, but I really don’t recommend anyone then touch, because most are edible. As for excursions, you MUST go to a paradise island,
BUT ALWAYS through a guide from your tour operator, don’t take anything on the street, because we ourselves witnessed how all the tourists were brought on some kind of broken-down boat, and landed under the scorching sun, nothing for you, and then even to the heap and forgot them on the island, and for a very long time they found out from our guide why they were not taken away, and the guide naturally could not do anything, because he warned them in advance, do not take anything on the street, but they did not believe, so they ran into, and if you go from the guide, then everything is just fine, and barn umbrellas, and a restaurant, and it's really just a paradise)))))
In general, of course, it’s up to you to decide, but it’s really boring there, I just might be used to a different kind of rest, when you sleep 2 hours a day and walk recklessly, but Hurghada dies already at 9 pm, and there’s simply nothing to do, so I went to bed already at 11 o'clock, and of course, upon arrival, I was dissatisfied with the rest, so decide what kind of rest you still need !!!
! ! good luck!!!! !
