We went to sultan beach in August 2009. After reading a lot of reviews on tourist sites, I was very surprised that half of them were bad. I would like to ask those who did not like what else they expect from Egypt? in Egypt, and if you choose from 4 in Hurghada, then it justifies the assessment. Lunch: Most of all I liked how they serve lunch. Usually it’s 2 soups to choose from, several side dishes, battered fish (like chikins in McDonald’s with us) which I really liked! Meat, salads, vegetables and a lot of sweets (already a whole table) , and very often gave watermelons.
Dinner: Grilled dishes, salads, side dishes, cakes, vegetables.
About drinks: In all bars and in the dining room. Pepsi, fanta, sprite and soda, as well as juice, which I really don’t recommend to you! (like UPI) and local alcohol rum, whiskey, beer . . And another whole day in bars 2 snacks on the beach.
Staff and animation. I’ll tell you right away the hotel is in principle for youth recreation, as it is described in the price list. There are not very many children. On the beach you can take 1 free windsurfing lesson (which I highly recommend! ) In the evening, an evening program that lasts a week, then repeats. It includes Miss Sultan contests (I advise girls to participate. I won, they gave me a delicious cocktail), the best couple, oriental dances , dancing with a skirt, playing drums, and at the end of the program there is a disco. I didn’t like it because of the lack of Russian music and the cramped atmosphere. Well, in general, the animators are good when we went there was Aga, Kazho and Tito, funny guys always smile and chat!
About the rest of the staff: I didn’t like the reception, but if you ask for something, they will always do it. Pay attention to the guy who changes money!
