We really enjoyed the holiday we spent in Sultan Beach. We were met by a wonderful guide "teztour" Ahmed. The next day he told us about excursions, about the country and about customs. We also heard useful advice from Ahmed. Upon arrival at the hotel, we did not pay a dollar for the room. We got a nice room with a small balcony overlooking the city street. We didn't hear any noise from the street. Yes, and in the room we were very rare. Very cool mattress on a double bed. The room had individual air conditioning and a free safe. The kitchen in the hotel is not even bad. We ate all the rest of watermelons, melons, oranges in syrup. The child really liked their soups. There is no bottled water in the hotel. We left the hotel and bought a six-liter bottle of water in shops for $ 1. By the way, it should be noted that it is cheaper than ours. The animation at the hotel is amazing. Guys are real lighters. It was clear that they were trying their best. Animators are mostly Russian. Zhenya with Peter - super!! ! In general, the hotel rest mostly Russian. And we didn't see any downsides. There were boors, but that's their problem. The Poles behaved like a pig. It felt like everything should be just for them.
We went on 2 excursions from teztour: to a paradise island and to 1001 and one night. Paradise Island is a gorgeous beach and snorkeling in the open sea. Around the pool, we were repeatedly offered by other people to go with them, but we did not take risks. In a foreign country and without insurance - this is not for us. Then we saw on the paradise island how people were simply baked alive at one o'clock in the afternoon in the sun, when at that time we were lying on chic palm umbrellas. Umbrellas are all rented by representatives of travel agencies. Local security regularly checked from which travel agency people were under umbrellas. The cost of the tour included food and water. So from the tour we arrived tired, full and satisfied. Seen enough of a huge number of fish in the sea.
The lagoon at the hotel is not very shallow. There were places where I, with my height of 1 m 75 cm, did not reach the bottom. But for my son, this place for swimming was perfect.

Rest was a success for us. Despite all the terrible reviews, we will gladly return to this hotel next time.
