4* не достоин!!! 4* not worthy!!!

The hotel does not pull on 4 *. We were with my husband from 05.07-11.07. Horror!!! ! For $20 they gave (in their opinion) a good room, with old furniture. The safe was opened only on the second day after they asked 10 times and in the end they just yelled. As for food, it’s monotonous (pasta, potatoes, rice, chicken sometimes meat, trouble with fruits, watermelon and melon every other day, apples floating in the water every day) The only thing that’s delicious is cakes and buns in the morning! They don’t have time to clean up in the dining room, you have to go for forks, spoons yourself. In the evening strain with alcohol, beer 2 per person. When you come back, they start to get angry.....you stand and ask. Their Arabs are given good large pieces of meat, watermelon, melon, Russian everything is worse! The hotel is half filled with Arabs, everything is there for them! The sea.... , shallow, dirty, bay! The pool was never cleaned during the entire stay, they complained every day, wrote a written complaint, turned to the hotel guide (from Pegasus) no reaction. Then they said the filters were broken. They promised to clean it by 14-00 on 11.07, but nothing has changed. We were leaving - the water was cloudy, oil stains from creams, glasses from the bar.... The animation is not intense.... volleyball in the morning, water gymnastics, dancing and water polo in the afternoon, some program in the evening. The best animator-PIKO! Across the road in the supermarket bought good, fresh fruit, quite cheap. Nobody talks about it, but for the check-in you can play billiards for 1 hour and tennis for 1 hour (although it is not possible to play on that court). Upon arrival, at the reception, your suitcases are almost taken away by force, so that later you can take them to your room and beg for a brazen tip, and $ 1 is not enough for them. The territory is quite well-groomed, beautiful, green. There are many shops across the road, in one (opposite the Hotel Hor Palace) there is a boy named Timati. You can buy bags from him cheaply and go to a paradise island for $15, and not for $30 (in a hotel) and $40-45 (from Pegasus). In general, who was in Turkey and Egypt in 5 * and good 4 *, this hotel is clearly not to be liked. Thanks to the hotel only for introducing me to the wonderful guys from Bryansk, Moscow and Ukraine!! ! Have a good rest!
