Good day! I want to share my impressions about the Mirette 3 * hotel in Hurghada! All right! First of all, when choosing a hotel, I climbed online, there are enough reviews and mostly positive ones. In fact, that's why I bought a ticket to this hotel. I was not at all alarmed by a couple of negative reviews... But in vain !!!
Of the indisputable advantages, the following: when purchasing a ticket to a 3 * hotel, you get food, entertainment and service (ATTENTION !! ) on the territory of Palma de Mirette in a 4 * category !! ! The food was tasty and plentiful! Well done animators, for example, they showed us a show in oriental style, and the dance with skirts is worth it !!!! ! BRAVO! The beach is clean on the territory of Palma de Mirette, there were always enough sunbeds and mattresses! As a matter of fact, all POSITIVE MOENTS END ON THIS!
Upon arrival at the hotel, I was offered a room somewhat reminiscent of a hostel room, small, all the pipes were rusty, there was no hot water at all, the air conditioner did not work!! ! This happens, and therefore I was not upset, but asked to give me another number. At the reception, they asked me to wait in this "homeless" until tomorrow, explaining that there are no free rooms now (I want to note on my own that if you stay in such a room "until tomorrow", consider that until the end of the holiday). Having told the administrator that I would not wait in this room, but would wait with my bags at the reception until they found another one for me, I settled down on a sofa in the hall. 10 minutes later I was offered another room. When I entered it, I was overjoyed! A complete 2-room apartment! The windows overlook the courtyard, there is hot water, air conditioners work!! ! But my happiness was short-lived! THERE WAS DUST IN THE ROOM, I WILL NOT LIE IF I SAY THAT IN 1 CM. THICK!!!! ! SITTING ON THE SOFA, I JUST CHOKED FROM THE DUST! GOING INTO THE BATHROOM, I SAW INCREDIBLE DIRT!! ! EVERYTHING IN THE ROOM WAS DIRTY AND IN DUST!!!!!!! ! A CONDITIONERS WORKED ONLY FOR COOLING (in December it was not a plus). I myself am not a squeamish person, but in such a place, let alone live, you can’t sleep!! ! Appeals to the reception were ignored, and I was simply afraid to change the number (after the homeless person that I was offered before).

I found a man who did the cleaning in the rooms and paid him $ 5 to do his job. We must give him his due, he washed the floor and created the APPEARANCE of cleanliness !! ! Arriving in the room, I saw a more or less acceptable picture... but I still disdained sleep! In the end, tired after the flight, having achieved nothing from the staff and managers at the reception, I began to wash the room myself!! ! I took a towel, wet it and started cleaning!! ! Seeing me in the window with a towel in her hands, a manager girl ran up to me with the words: “Miss problems? ”, I showed her everything (literally poked her nose), as well as a photo on the camera. I was assured that everything would be done and asked to delete the photos!
So, the result of the first day: instead of having lunch after arrival and relaxing on the beach, I begged the staff for half a day to create acceptable living conditions for me (clean the room) and the second half of the day, I washed the room until they noticed me with a towel in hands. From our check-in, problems with rooms on the first day were not only mine. As a result, they cleaned my room very cleanly, changed the bed linen, but how much it cost me moral and spiritual strength, I just don’t even want to remember !! ! And the physical condition after the flight was also not conducive to active actions. Subsequently, the room was cleaned regularly for me (the Arab to whom I paid $ 5 and who was eventually FORCED to clean my room), but with what a hateful look he sometimes looked at me... until I began to leave him money every day !! ! It's unpleasant and creepy.
The fact that they have a hair dryer and iron declared free of charge... TALES!!! ! People bought a hair dryer from us for $ 3 (and then, this is in the most positive scenario !!! ), all my friends used my iron, because. could not interrogate him at the reception! And their miss, hair dryer will be in 5 minutes!!! ! just a song! You sit like a fool and wait, and then you realize that there will be no hair dryer for you! In the end, they just said so right away, there are NO free hair dryers (although again they bought for money... ). It’s very unpleasant, because it was still cold, you just don’t look like that with a wet head! And yet, one remark, only Russians and Ukrainians begged for a hair dryer at the reception!!!! ! For everyone else, a hair dryer was provided on demand (they were simply interested in the Germans and the British). It turns out they have such a national discrimination in Miretta 3 *!
I really want to say a HUGE thank you to their general manager from Palma de Mirette 4* (unfortunately I don’t know his name)!!! ! If not for him, my problems would not have been solved at all (for example, such as a faulty shower and, again, the cleanliness of the room, he personally came to check)!

The last day was the worst. In the morning I went for a boat trip, scuba diving. I arrived in the evening, at 17 o'clock... At 18-00, my friends and I agreed to go to a restaurant, so to speak, to say goodbye. Those who swam in the sea will understand me, salt that corrodes the skin is a very unpleasant sensation, and you can’t really wash yourself on a yacht... Naturally, my desire was to wash... BUT!!!!! ! Arriving in the room, I did not see a single towel, except for the fun one outside the door (I used it in the morning and it was still wet!!!! ). Calling the reception and explaining the problem, I received an answer that the towels would be brought within 10 minutes... after 15 minutes, I was still waiting for the towels!! ! Calls to the reception did not lead to anything, and I went down there... The manager ran in, sorted out the papers and swore that he would almost bring the towels himself in 5 minutes !!!! ! As a result, for another 30 minutes, like a fool, I waited for the promised towels! Unable to stand it, I went down again and already yelled at them!! ! I asked the general manager Miretta 3*, they brought him to me, he walked me by the arm to my room and said that they would bring me everything now!!!!
Bottom line: towels were not brought to me at 18-30, I washed and dried myself with a damp towel, my friends were not happy because of the postponement of the meeting for an hour !! ! Angry, but clean, I went down to the reception of Mirette 3 * and asked for this damned general manager, to which they told me with a stinging smile that there was no way to see him now !!!
My friends and I met in the lobby of the Palma de Mirette 4 * hotel, where I met the same golden general manager who helped me solve all problems and conveyed the essence of the problem through another Arab speaking Russian in a rather raised voice. And only thanks to him they brought me towels... but it was too late...
Vacation experience ruined!

Towels were taken from the guys from the Perm region on the beach while they were playing volleyball and trying to extort money for beach cards. The issue was resolved only after the intervention of Tez Tour representatives.
If the servants do not leave money (at least 1 pound a day), they may forget to clean the room!!!
