In Egypt for the first time, before that we had two vacations in Turkey in 5-ke and 4-ke. We arrived at about 8 in the room, to speed up the process and did not try to give money, there is experience, it does not always help. At 12-00 the manager came up and allocated a room, second floor, pool view. Great number. Somewhere in the middle between the lobby and the beach.
The refrigerator did not work in the room - they called, they came, they replaced it, but I also had to call to open the safe (the refrigerator and the safe are one) - there is a procedure, the security guard and the administrator come, they came after the second call.
Room standard room, double bed, sofa for a child. The room is huge and comfortable.
WARNING - NEVER LOOKING AT THE LEFT VAN BUCKS - THE SWAN CLEANER GUYS DO NOT SPIN! TO WHOM IT IS PRINCIPALLY IMPORTANT - GO TO TURKEY.

The food is all delicious. There was variety in the grill menu, sometimes in side dishes, but there was a lot of everything! Soups, pasta, different rice, fries for kids, steaks, pastries. . . I don't believe in fresh reviews about disgusting food.
The lobby is huge, cool, clean, sofas, sofas, bar, internet, everything for relaxation and for someone to work in silence!
Pools are everywhere! We didn't go far from our room! Swimming pool with a bar, pool for children, pool with a wave, and just a bunch of other pools!
The territory is clean, well-groomed, everything is torn out, shines.
Sea... as in many places in Hurghada, not so hot... high tide, low tide more often... The pontoon, too, to walk and swim, is not very comfortable.
Animation, children's club, evening shows, everything is ok, but there was no time for it. We were exhausted during the day, it gets dark at 18-30, and with a clear conscience in a cool room to rest and sleep.
The contingent is half of the representatives of the Arab countries, the other half is Central Europe, Germany, Ukraine, Belarus.
The presence of the locals did not bother (in Turkey for some reason it bothered), the hotel is family.
The Russian language is understood at the reception, but the focus is on English. The manager knows him very well, and even the cleaners and pool attendants are at a good level. All communication in the dining room was in English.
Minus one - the sea, and access to it through the pontoon. The whole hotel glitters, and there is some kind of scoop. Well, that's all.
I highly recommend this hotel, great for families.
