Traveled as a family: 2 adults and 2 children. At the very beginning, we liked the hotel, it was very beautiful, we were not picky and did not betray the importance that the room was "tired" and other little things, we just enjoyed our rest and new impressions! We ordered two excursions from the guide: Safari and Luxor. We went on the first excursion on October 1, and when we returned, we decided to check the safe and lost 100 dollars (my husband counted everything before the Safari, and took some money with him, the rest remained in the safe). As a result, these managers convinced us all day that it was our fault and lost money, or our son took it (he is 12 years old), it is useless to prove to them, and it turned out to be a crush, they did not want to accept an application addressed to the director, slipped another manager instead of the director...
In general, we spit on everything, refused the offer to "relocate to the best apartments", from the "spa" for free too, because they made us fools, they say no one steals from their safe, this is not true. It was a shame, because everyone, including the Russian-speaking Olga, insisted that this was not true. The husband could not stand it and tried to open the safe with a file... and he succeeded! I called the manager, but again he repeated the same thing in his "gibberish" language. We were convinced that everything was useless, and decided not to waste our rest.
On Sunday, October 3, we went to Luxor for the whole day (they took the money with them). On Monday, we had a letter at the door, they say, come to the reception. And they started their song again, it turns out they read the reviews and they didn’t like mine. They got me so that I had to be removed, otherwise there would be no peace. To be honest, I was already beginning to be afraid of them, because obviously they did not want the "chief" to know about everything that was happening. This is such a vacation! Of course, the sea calmed us, we swam with masks, admired the fish, met good Russians, we had a great evening with them. Yes, and local residents, sellers brought their flavor to our trip.

There is a lot of food in the hotel, desserts for every taste are generally amazing, but there were problems with digestion, maybe we are just unaccustomed to such food. The kids loved the water park! It’s a pity that such a situation has turned out, I hope the owner finds out about this and puts things in order there! Have a good rest and interesting adventures!
