Hello everyone! After the 5th visit to Egypt, I decided to leave my review about the wonderful Red Sea. I, like all respectable and obedient tourists, on my first trips bought excursions only from hotel guides. You can "stone me", but I never went on excursions to Luxor, to the pyramids, I did not fly for 2 days to Israel. I understand that these are monuments of ancient architecture, but I have no desire to walk in the heat of +35, +40 and inspect them (if I have the opportunity to fly to Egypt in December-February, of course I will make a trip to Karnak Temple and to the pyramids at Giza). I'm going to Egypt for the sake of the sea!! ! Wonderful, blue, turquoise, boiling white, emerald, aquamarine, inhabited by bizarre fish and beautiful corals of the Red Sea! Therefore, my favorite excursions are sea ones: "Paradise Island", "Utopia", etc. On one of my visits to Hurghada, the guests of my hotel gave me the phone number of the Russian guide Natalia, who sells sightseeing tours. I bought 2 excursions from her: "Paradise Island" and diving. As I mentioned above, "Paradise Island" is one of my favorite excursions. The photos from this tour are unrealistically beautiful! And the eyes, body and soul just rest! Compared to excursions, the service of large tour operators is no different: absolutely the same yachts, they feed everyone the same. Only prices are 2 times lower. As for me, diving was even better than the tour operator. There was 1 instructor for 2 divers. And the yacht is just a beauty, and not some old and slightly repaired trough, which sometimes sails from the ports of Hurghada. If you want to buy Egyptian goods, then Natalia will show and tell you everything. It is not scary to walk around the city with her. Personally, I became interested in Egyptian silver. It is much cheaper than our Russian one, but the quality is the same. Also at my request, she took us to fish restaurants. For comparison: in a simple fish cafe El Shera and an expensive restaurant Star Fish. If anyone is interested. I leave VIBER guide Natalia + 7-916-708-40-91.

If you are traveling in a large group, you can safely go to the nightclubs of Hurghada (we lived in the Mirage hotel, which is located on Mamsha, we took a taxi and paid in Egyptian pounds, it was much cheaper that way). We were in 3: Hard Rock café , Little Buddha (both are located in the Mamshi area), Papas Beach (at the very beginning of the Marina embankment). In no case do not "be fooled" by the offer of hotel barkers. They will put you in a taxi for 10 dollars, when the same trip costs 10-15 Egyptian pounds for all other private traders. Do not be afraid, they will not do anything with the tourist, they themselves are afraid of both the regular and tourist police. Taxi rides, which the hotel will offer you for 35 dollars, actually cost only 45 pounds (now 1 pound is about 8.90 rubles). I was convinced from personal experience.

The time from mid-July to early August. At this time, there are a lot of Egyptians with families in hotels. She herself observed such a picture: some spoiled, but not burdened with reason, Egyptian boys cursed in obscene English at our Russian girls. I had to answer them. And their mothers bathe in their so-called "swimsuits". They are, of course, allowed. At the same time, my niece was not allowed to swim in the pool last year at the Minamark hotel in a clean white T-shirt (dressed so that her shoulders would not burn). I don't understand those who say that Russian people are the noisiest. They apparently never saw Arabs. Although I judge by the usual hotels in which I was (Makadi Soraya, AMC Royal, Minamark, Festival, Mirage). In luxury hotels, I think this is not the case.
