We repeatedly turned to other meeting guides with a request to give us immigration forms to fill them out and complete customs formalities, but we were all refused, finally, we were offered to buy these cards and we were forced to spend $ 20 for 4 cards.

In Odessa, this was announced in advance and they said that a pleasant surprise would await us upon arrival in Hurghada! Arriving there, no one heard about anything, but after talking with the guide, he said ...I'll figure it out!

A civil passport was shown, because our words were also called into question ...from that moment it was disgusting and disgusting ...AH ...AND HOW YOU WANTED THE HONEYMOON TO BE REMEMBERED FOREVER Naturally, nothing happened ...

For the entire stay, he could not show us the official list and price list of excursions.


We ordered training from him (PADI courses), having paid $310 each, later it turned out that it costs $300 each.

We ordered a sightseeing (3 hour) tour of the city of Hurghada from him - a "left" bus arrived without identification marks on the body or Odeon Tours signs on the windshield.

The tour lasted 1.15 minutes, during which we were taken to the mosque and the Christian temple, we did not get inside!!! ! (both were under renovation at the time of our visit) - why then the tour????

, then we were taken to the factories of papyrus, perfume oils and souvenirs, which actually turned out to be ordinary shops (a Russian girl seller said: - if you buy oils, I will talk about their properties, no, let's not waste time !! ! Simply super!! ! , Seeing that we are not particularly enthusiastic about purchasing the products of these "factories", our "guide" said that the tour is over and we can go to the hotel.

Having returned after a sightseeing tour of Hurghada (if you can call it that) ...realizing that with the Nile it could happen in a day, we wanted to refuse, but Ahmed Shokr assured us that you would be very, very pleased ...We paid for the EXCURSION-CRUISE on river Nile 4 days and 3 nights, a lot of money $ 1940 (4 persons). The first question, before ordering an excursion, we asked: - how long and on what we will return back, - to which the guide assured us that no more than 3-4 hours . . guarantee !!

(no one would have agreed to a longer journey)…. . we were returning in a small bus 11!! ! hours.

To a reasonable question, why is it so expensive (twice as much), unlike other operators offering the same excursions, for example, Teztour offers similar excursions for $ 1000 (4 persons).

Ahmed said that we would have a brand new deluxe steamship named "Ms World" that had made only 3 cruises on the Nile. Let's add at the same time - I give the word of the man! , and if you do not like the tour, I will return all the money to you  )

Disappointment awaited us again, the ship departed from Luxor on a cruise at 13 o'clock and we were forced to dine not on the ship, but on the banks of the Nile in a shabby and shabby cafe, with annoying flies on the tables, which we were introduced to, for some reason 5 * restaurant. And then in a bus, 3 hours caught up with their ship from Luxor to the city of Esna.

We got on the ship instead of lunch at 20.45 in the evening.

Instead of a new steamer "Ms World" of the De lux class, an old one was waiting for us on the shore, but freshly painted on the outside and with dirty spots on the cheap carpet, the doors to the cabin rattling from the detonation of the engine, the steamer "La Boheme" to which the Egyptian Ministry of Tourism did not even assign 5 stars, not to mention already about the De lux class. On all 5 * liners at the reception, the corresponding diplomas and huge engravings with 5 stars proudly hung. The service was good.

Contact the guide Ahmed Shokr by phone and find out why we were put on a cruise on a completely different ship, which is of a lower class and, accordingly, vouchers should be cheaper and why we could not change the cruise program, he simply did not answer our calls.

Then, finally, having phoned him, and having explained to him the current situation, he assured us that upon arrival, as compensation for the inconvenience caused, he would return the difference in the cost of vouchers.


All the excursions that were conducted with us during the cruise were of very dubious quality and were not carried out, as it turned out, by licensed guides, as evidenced by the noisy scandal that the Egyptian guide gave our group about this during an excursion in the botanical garden of the city of Aswan. This fact was recorded on the basis of our written complaint to the tourist police of the city of Aswan.

Instead of seeing the sights and enjoying the ride, we were forced to roam around the police... of course the evening was ruined...

On one of the tours, in the temple...the guide said that she would speak quietly so that no one could hear us, because guides without a license are not allowed to conduct tours. Due to the poor range of excursions, we had to buy an additional excursion from the guide on the ship, to the Nubian village, as it turned out later, at the excursion stand, we read that for the Germans it cost 30 US dollars, and for some reason 40 for us ...For foreign tourists there were badges so that they would not be lost, we had nothing ...of course everyone was confused and then looked for and was nervous about each other !!!!! ! No professionalism, for what such money is paid?????? ? We do not print them on the machine, but we earn by honest work and we want the corresponding service and treatment!! ! WE ARE WORSE THAN THE GERMANS???? ? OR WRITTEN ON THE FOREHEAD…???????

REMEMBER - TOTAL NEGATIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After the end of the cruise and returning to the hotel in Hurghada, we repeatedly called the guide Ahmed, waited for him in the evening from 21:00-21:30 at the hotel at the scheduled hours for communicating with tourists, but he did not answer the phone and did not come, apparently afraid of a scandal associated with his deceit and malfeasance.

Even the day before departure, he did not appear at the hotel, did not hang the schedule of our departures and the time of transfer to the airport on the information stand.


HE SENT ME A SMS WITH THIS INFORMATION 5 hours before departure and 3 hours of departure from the hotel!!!!!!!!!!! ! At the reception, we asked to wake us up, they said well ...good, we guessed to clarify the time - the time was wrong and they did not want to correct, they say - you have incorrect information! After a small scandal, a bunch of SMS sent to the guide Ahmed Shokr (no words for him), it turned out that we were right and the time was corrected!

And so they would have slept ...and the bus would have been waiting for a long time! Although everything should have been clarified and resolved by the guide, who sent an SMS in response - sorry, I'm busy, I'm in a meeting! It is said in Russian that the time spent by the guide in our hotel is from 21:00 to 21:30…How to cheat us for money – there was always time, and so…meetings, trips and all other excuses!

During the stay of our stay, on all officially paid excursions we were served under the guise of licensed guides or his friends or acquaintances.

Because not a single (shuffled) bus or bus was branded and I and my friends did not see a badge or branded clothes on any tour guide or guide.!!

We travel at least 2 times a year and for the first time we have encountered such unprofessionalism, lack of organization, tactlessness and lack of personnel policy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
