Hello everyone! Until the impressions are forgotten and the sea tan has not turned pale, I would like to tell you how I spent my vacation.
I'll start by saying that I really like to travel around different countries. This time, due to the crisis and the huge exchange rate, I decided to choose a cheaper option and go to Egypt, especially since I had not been there for a long time.
I chose the tour myself, I sat on special sites, chose a hotel, so that both the price and the quality would be normal. I chose only among 5 *, because from my previous experience I can say that if you go to a hotel with a lower class, then my rest may be. Egypt, this is not Europe, and it seems that they assign these stars to themselves...
So I chose a hotel, started reading reviews about it - the negative ones were mostly reviews that the hotel had a bad beach, old furniture, little food... I didn’t notice this, all the more, the price was too tempting, especially the presence of my countrymen did not frighten me at all, and the food in Egypt is almost always the same. I bought and flew happy and satisfied.
Irritation began to accumulate in me even on the plane... the main part of the public is redneck. Which, despite the prohibitions, began to thump and behave not quite adequately at the end of the flight, there was a couple who yelled at the whole plane, sorting things out
Well, it's all right, I finally arrived - my pants are full of joy, I settled in - I’ll say right away that a 5-star hotel doesn’t pull at all, but don’t care, I arrived, so you need to rejoice and relax !!
I went for dinner after checking in, and then it started - everyone runs to this buffet, picking up full plates of everything they see in front of them, that there is not enough space on the table, then swearing begins who is sitting where, who is where the queue for meat occupied... I was a little surprised, because for the first time I got to a hotel where there are so many such tourists, usually all of them are more smiling and do not rush to the break, ready to kill for food. It was like this every day for breakfast - lunch and dinner.
Next, the most painful topic is behavior on the beach. Everyone, probably, who was in Egypt, knows that the sellers will not let you sunbathe. They constantly go and offer their services... very annoying!!!
Now, about the positive aspects, it is a beautiful sea, interesting people came across locals and foreigners. Basically, all the good impressions were left from excursions. I want more details here. Such an excursion was a trip to Luxor. The most mysterious and impressive was the Karnak temple complex, which was built by several generations of Egyptians. Huge columns, an alley of sphinxes, sculptures of pharaohs and frescoes on the walls - everything was so mesmerizing that I wanted to walk and look at everything in the smallest detail. Another temple of Hatshepsut, on the west bank of the Nile and the valley of the dead. the city of luxor is capable of evoking a great feeling of delight and surprise in a person, since the Egyptians built all these architectural structures of unimaginable size with their own hands. Walking around the temple complex, a lot of questions come to mind even for a person who has never been interested in history.
I decided to combine my vacation with diving. Transfer, equipment, dive boat, lunch between dives. We planned everything very well, and I had a rest. We got a lot of emotions, now there is a desire to continue my studies. An instructor is not only a good diver, but also a teacher. And it's not the same at all. He chose for us such wonderful places where we managed to see the most colorful inhabitants of the water depths, where you marvel at the richest imagination of the Creator! What forms! What colors! What characters!! ! From the most harmless and modest fish, to the amazingly beautiful friend of the man of the depths DOLPHIN!
- received a horse ride as a gift. I'm afraid of horses in principle. But I was just completely delighted with being with an animal nearby. Arriving there, I was just shaking with fear, although I really love horses and dreamed of riding them. The guide introduced me to the horse on which I would ride, gave me sugar to feed it, taught me how to hold on and balance on the horse, control the horse. I got on the horse and asked to hold me. he was always there, reassured me and helped drive away fear, in the end I realized that if we remove fear, then nothing will stop us from enjoying the moment. The tour is long. Very beautiful. sea, mountains, desert, and much more. In general, do not be afraid, and for the first time I liked it and will go again this year.
