It was the first time in Egypt. We drove saturated with a lot of negativity from reviews on similar sites. They understood one thing - all that individual tourists from the post-Soviet space complain about is a natural payment for the image of "Russo-tourist" they export. "From rags to riches" ("what the chair touched and didn't apologize, chock !!! " - this is for the waiter), the degree of intoxication to the point of loss of coordination at any time of the day (". . . looking for a beer, Mahmoud! All inclusive, blah. . . "), and branded "what, don't you understand Russian?! " (everywhere, wherever possible) - what is brought from the expanses of the CIS (and even the newly minted countries of the European Union - the Baltics), for which it is paid with a generous Egyptian coin (this is when it is later written in the reviews about the rudeness of the staff).
Communicating with the staff in English, in no way hiding their nationality, and not putting themselves one step higher in the "racial food chain" - neither I nor my wife experienced ANY SMALL HINT OF DISRESPECT TO MYSELF during the entire vacation.
The hotel is one of the best in terms of service and conditions for recreation (namely, relaxation, not a drunken spree) in Hurghada. The only negative is a rather small beach - "clogging" sun loungers (exclusively by compatriots) from 6 in the morning. But near the pool - more than enough. By the end of the first week, my wife's desire to sunbathe by the sea prompted her to get up early - and the coveted place was taken! We left from there to the usual pool in half an hour (we got tired of flies, a rather large number of which is explained by the habit of former citizens of 1/6 of the land to bury leftovers in the sand). And the predictably not very hardworking Arabs, by no means, do not want to cultivate and sift it every night to a depth of 10-15 centimeters, but only sweep the surface layer...

But after all, "for such loot, in kind they are obliged . . ! " (And by the way - why do we think that only we can have a lot of money? ) There is not a single fly near the pool (the stubs in the tile are probably difficult to dig in).
Food ? If you decide "since it's all inclusive - you should be fed from the belly, and so that there are changes from 12 dishes every day, and completely update the menu weekly, and so that shrimp are mountains, like a couple of years ago! " - then you need to buy a tour not to a hotel with meals, but to a restaurant with beds (if there are such, of course).
Excellent food!
Thanks to all the staff (even despite his expected Arab slowness and spontaneous amnesia). We are really RELAXED!
