We didn’t expect such a service from Egypt, and this made us write our review as a thank you to the hotel and, most importantly, to all the staff for turning our short vacation into a whole bright kaleidoscope of pleasant experiences. My personal opinion is that any hotel, regardless of the conditions, does exactly the staff and service. But if we add good conditions to this, then the rest was a success! In this hotel you will definitely rest your body and soul. In more detail, then... We arrived at the hotel in 15 minutes. The official check-in time does not matter here, I mean, they check in almost immediately, and the reception is very cordial. Upon arrival, we asked us to upgrade the category of the room to a bungalow with a surcharge, and we were not only not refused, but also taken quite inexpensively. The bungalow room for two is very large, very clean, very tidy. Our cleaner is just a sweetie)). Not only is the cleaning every day and thorough, but also the attitude to every detail is excellent. We ate fruit in the room, I dripped a little on the bed, one might say not even noticeable, I wiped it with a napkin, there was almost no trace. So, despite the fact that the bed was replaced for us, they also brought fruit to the room, apparently they thought it was their mistake. Well, how can that not cause tenderness. Our hands were reaching out to leave tips and chocolates for such an attitude. And this applies to all staff and to each individually. There is not a single person in the hotel who would cause us even a little discomfort. If they see that it is inconvenient for you to carry a plate, they will help you move the sunbed, but it’s not a question, the bartenders remember our preferences in drinks from the first time. Well, not a service but a fairy tale. We encountered the same service on excursions, they say - it went like clockwork))! Excursions ordered in advance from a local company can easily be found by the name cami tour through Yandex. It turned out to be three times cheaper than taking from a tour operator. Everything is smartly organized up to the dinners, which are much better than at the hotel and the guide speaks Russian well. Be sure to take the Super Elguna tour. It's five tours in one and only costs $40. Hotel guides sell for $65. Dolphin bay, El gouna fishing. And a bathyscaphe, bananas, a tablet and seafood for lunch. Everything is just gorgeous! Great deal, definitely worth a visit. We also really liked the beach. We swam mainly from the pontoons, a little too small from the shore. But from the pontoon and fish, and stingrays, but also hedgehogs, so it’s better to buy shoes. But it's beautiful. Swimming is not cold at all, the water seemed warm to us. On the beach, barriers from the wind, sunbathing already burned out. Wooden decks lead to the beach, it is convenient to walk. If the water seems cool, then there are two warm pools, one outdoors and the second indoor with a glass roof. The food is varied. Unlimited fish with meat, lots of fruits, which was also important for us. We always had enough of everything and one more highlight - the animators! This is where people do what they love. No matter how much we loved a quiet holiday, but here we were not able to just lie down, we wanted to participate always and in everything. In the evenings, every time they tried to surprise with something new and colorful, and at night there were discos. So you can, in principle, not go outside the hotel at all, everything is there.
