Finally got around to writing about our stay at the Pharaoh Azur Resort. Immediately many thanks to all the staff of the hotel for the warm atmosphere, well-groomed territory, good service. Many thanks to the guest relations manager Polina for taking into account all our wishes, for pleasant communication and a compliment upon arrival. You are a super professional in your field, a wonderful companion and a charismatic beauty!!! ! It was the first family vacation abroad with my daughters (they used to go together), so the hotel was selected in advance, read the reviews and watched a video about the rest in this place.

The hotel is not far from the airport, after a 15 minute drive we were there. The check-in went quickly, the temperature was measured at the entrance, at the reception desk they gave out 3 cards from the room in an envelope, took into account our wishes for a bungalow by the sea, which we sent when booking and a plan of the hotel area with our bungalow marked, loaded us with our suitcases on an open typewriter and brought straight to the place. The bungalow exceeded our expectations: everything, as ordered, 2 separate bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, hot water constantly with a set of snow-white towels, shower gel and soap, a hairdryer, a living room with a TV and a balcony, all rooms are clean with air conditioning, large blue beach towels for each , safe is free, a small kitchenette with a refrigerator, an electric kettle, a supply of water for each 1.5 liters, coffee, tea, sugar, everything you need for a good rest. Cleaning every day, if there is no need, then you can hang a bag with the inscription "do not disturb" and then they will put water under the door for everyone. And most importantly, it is an unsurpassed view of the sea and the morning dawn, when the sun rises over the sea, it is magical.
We had 2 problems with the room - the card opening the door was demagnetized, they called the receptionist from the restaurant on the beach and after 5 minutes the doors were opened with a spare new card and changed it. The second time the air conditioner stopped working for cooling, and this problem was solved to us very quickly when we contacted, they immediately sent a worker and eliminated everything very quickly. The territory is large, green and well-groomed - watered, sheared and cleaned early in the morning without disturbing vacationers. There are practically no insects, in the evening they are poisoned with special equipment. The pool near the main building is 1.40 deep, for children there is a small slide and the depth is less there, the water is warm, there is a bar with a set of different drinks, there are enough sunbeds, although they have been reduced to increase the distance between vacationers by current standards, animation in the ball pool, and nearby yoga and darts. The animators have time everywhere and involve everyone in different locations as much as possible - there was volleyball on the beach at 11 and 15 (an international team with my husband and daughter mastered all the languages ​ ​ ​ ​ of the world along with the game))). Was for those who wish and football.
In the evening, a varied program - we participated in karaoke, there was a disco for children with a clown animator, the music was mostly local, but there were also world hits, I hope ours will appear))). The show program was presented by oriental dances of the girl in different outfits, the national dance in skirts fascinated us all, well, the animators lit up and danced together. In general, there is something to see, you can be both a participant and an observer, but if you are a lover of restaurants, that is, 2 - Italian and Eastern, you can visit by appointment for free, we liked more Italian with excellent waiters and interesting dishes. The main restaurant - in connection with the well-known events, all protection measures for vacationers and employees have been strengthened, everyone is wearing masks, gloves and individual helmets.
All tables are quickly cleared of dishes, for each individual a set of forks, spoons, a knife, napkins, salt and pepper. Tables and furniture are wiped after each with antiseptics. Cuisine - each of us found his favorite dish in the morning and at lunch and in the evening))) Hit in the morning Viennese waffles with fillings for every taste, eggs (omelettes with vegetables and boiled yoghurts, muesli, pastries, etc. everyone finds something Lunch at a restaurant on the beach, under awnings - french fries, pizza in the oven to choose from, side dishes, meat, fish, vegetables, you can’t list everything. Fruits for each meal are different about 4 types: pears, grapefruit, oranges, dates, melon , figs, watermelon, grapes, bananas. The pastries are very tasty and varied.

Drinks to choose from, alcohol - beer from cans is normal, white and red wine, cocktails were taken with rum, low-alcohol ones, you can use vodka, etc. , the taste is normal. Take as much as you want, no limits. Ice cream at 15 o'clock at the beach restaurant, different tastes, without restrictions too. The sea is very warm and transparent with ebbs and flows, good and rich water world - colorful fish, sea urchins and crabs. The hotel is excellent, we made many acquaintances and friends, learned new local words and practiced foreign languages, Germans, Ukrainians, Belarusians and locals rested, etc. ))) The rest was a success, the impressions will last for a long time, I already want to go back to this summer fairy tale Pharaoh Azur Resort, we already miss it!!! !
