We arrived very early, the check-in was big. The administrator at the reception refused to settle before 14:00 even for money. But at the same time he settled the peasant, that's a different story. The rooms are killed so much that it simply cannot be conveyed, here you can only put not even 3 stars, but only two, I have not seen such dead rooms in 4-star hotels. Tea coffee in the room for 8 days was never reported, for the entire period 2 bags of coffee and three teas. Food in the restaurant - we called it a dining room no more, the food is monotonous; there is no choice at all, sometimes it happened that people did not have enough plates for dinner and food in general. The bed for 7 nights was not changed even once, despite the fact that the cleaner took the tips regularly. Water 0.5 liters per person per day. The owner of the hotel saved on clients to the fullest. I have never seen worse service and a hotel in Egypt. They say that 2 years ago the hotel was good, but those who came here again were simply shocked.
I do not recommend this hotel, it is better to pay extra and choose another hotel.
