I was sitting in the room, and the child said that she was going to the toilet, since she did not reach the switch, she always went to the toilet and did not close the doors. And then a wild cry is made with the words: “Daddy, come here, there is someone here. ” I burst into the bathroom in shock, and there are huge cockroaches, the size of a matchbox, that run around the legs of my child who is 4 years old, and she has a tantrum. Everything ended well, if not for one thing, the child was simply afraid to go to the toilet after that, even with an adult (attached photo). Without thinking for a long time, I take all this living creatures and carry it to the reception, to which they tell me - “ITS OK! ”. Only after the manager of the hotel was called, they went to the room and looked, they decided to make the guilty cleaner in everything, who, unlike all the other hotel staff, did his job and smiled, and who just never had any complaints.
As for the hotel staff, if you want to be rude to you, they said go from here to the bar when you ask for two beers, not one, or they laughed at you and spoke next to you in Arabic about you, then you should go to this hotel.
