I want a story about this hotel, which left only the worst memories of Egypt.
I'll tell you a little about our company that came there, these are 10 adults and 5 children aged from 10 months to 4 years. I have a daughter who at that time was 1 year and 10 months old and the eldest was 4 years and 7 months old, and from the whole company these were the oldest children.
So, the first day, check-in, you are specially taken to the worst room overlooking the construction site. Well, let there be construction, but what would you definitely come back and give it to your paw and give you a better room, they turn off the air conditioner and say that in an hour the master will come and fix everything. As a result, there is no master, even if you take him by the hand, he says go to the reception, and negotiate there. Total 2 days at the reception, all 5 families, 100 dollars and you are given a room with air conditioning. Before that, I had to walk the night with a child in a stroller along the street so that he could sleep.

As for the air conditioner in the dining room, there’s nothing to say, it just doesn’t work, but if you want to take the child to eat in the lobby where the air conditioner works, then you will be kicked out, and they will say that you can’t eat here, they only understand when you start talking obscenities, and everyone agrees with you lobby bar people.
Further more fun, I remind you that our company consists of 15 people, 5 of which are children. On the 4th day I was in the room with the child while he went to bed, the child is 1 year and 10 months old, and suddenly my child starts vomiting, and so all night, it calmed down in the morning, the next evening with the same symptoms my wife and my elder child, and 3 people from the company. Until the end of the holiday, 14 people out of 15 had vomiting, and 2 children who were 1 year old and 6 months old upon arrival were taken to the clinic, where they lay under droppers for 3 days. And then the question is, what did everyone get poisoned with, of all the options, 2 remained, it’s either water, and the children drank water from plastic bottles, or, as we were later told, it could be a virus in the air conditioner itself, so the stomach flu is called, it is transmitted or through air or water.
Another surprise was waiting for me and my child on the 6th day of rest when she went to bed for dinner. I was sitting in the room, and the child said that she was going to the toilet, since she did not reach the switch, she always went to the toilet and did not close the doors. And then a wild cry is made with the words: “Daddy, come here, there is someone here. ” I burst into the bathroom in shock, and there are huge cockroaches, the size of a matchbox, that run around the legs of my child who is 4 years old, and she has a tantrum. Everything ended well, if not for one thing, the child was simply afraid to go to the toilet after that, even with an adult (attached photo). Without thinking for a long time, I take all this living creatures and carry it to the reception, to which they tell me - “ITS OK! ”. Only after the manager of the hotel was called, they went to the room and looked, they decided to make the guilty cleaner in everything, who, unlike all the other hotel staff, did his job and smiled, and who just never had any complaints.
As for the hotel staff, if you want to be rude to you, they said go from here to the bar when you ask for two beers, not one, or they laughed at you and spoke next to you in Arabic about you, then you should go to this hotel.
