This is not the first time in Egypt, so we knew what to expect.
We were settled in a room somewhere in the center overlooking the garden - they didn’t give us anything, the view is good, pleasant, it took 3 minutes to walk to the restaurant reception, 5 minutes to the beach without hurrying, it suited us quite well. Everything worked in the room, the only thing that we had indicated was 1 double bed and 1 single bed, and in our room there were 2 single beds. We arrived in the evening and did not begin to decide with this bed, we asked to be brought, the next day they reminded us 3 more times and we had 3 single beds. Mosquitoes did not bother much, but on the street if you sit down in the evening they bite. In our room there was only liquid soap, but we knew in advance and took everything else with us. There's a shower, not a bath. Towels were changed every day in the afternoon, often left some of the towels, the child liked it.
The food is like everywhere else in Egypt - we have never been hungry. There is a children's corner, but it is not much different from the general table. The child always found something to eat and she ate well. A couple of times there were even squids. I was very surprised by sausages for breakfast - usually in Egypt they are just terribly tasteless, but here there were 2 types (chicken and beef) and quite acceptable to taste. They also make waffles and pancakes from the same dough for breakfast - very tasty. In the evening, often for dinner at the entrance, cocktails are different. Of course, you can’t take food out of the restaurant, but a couple of times our child fell asleep during dinner and we were called to feed her later.

Internet at the reception is not bad, especially early in the morning when most of the hotel is asleep.
The beach is a little strange, in the center there are some stones at the entrance and clay or something like that, good entrances from the sides. On the left and soft sand, with which children can play. In general, special shoes will not hurt, but you can do without it. They come with different proposals, but for some reason they didn’t give us a red flag. Around 4 it became cool and we moved to the pool, where we could still warm ourselves up to 5. The water in the pool is very cold, even in the children's, but if it is very hot during the day, it warms up. There is also ice cream near the pool (delicious! ). The only thing is boring without music.
There are enough drinks in the bar, the bartenders are smart, they do it well and quickly.
The animation team is good, funny guys, something happens all day long. In the evening, a children's disco and various shows, plus they take us to a disco, we were not there, but our friends went there and they liked it.
When we arrived there were many Germans and other foreigners over 60 or a few couples with children, but not many, towards the end, on the contrary, many young people arrived and the hotel became more cheerful.
In any case, the hotel is in the city center, a 10-minute walk from the centers of Cleopatra, Abu Ashara, the metro and pharmacies are nearby, on the other hand, a 10-minute walk from the Marina embankment, followed by a fish market and a mosque where many tourists are brought. We bought shrimp (150.170 pounds depending on size) and crabs (140 pounds for larger ones) at the fish market in the morning - very tasty, they cook it on the spot. Opposite the hotel there is Sherry Street - there are a few cheaper shops and there is a bus stop at the beginning of Sherry in Senzo Mall, very convenient.

In general, the impressions are very good, the hotel works well for its 4 stars, if you don’t expect super furniture and lobsters with shrimp 3 times a day, then everything is ok. It was not boring at the hotel, the children are generally great - there is a kids club and a playground, but we have only been there a couple of times.
