Vacation in June 2019.
We arrived at 6 am, we were settled after 13. Before that, they didn’t even wear bracelets, and they weren’t allowed to drink coffee. They offered money, they didn't take it. I had to wait in the hotel lobby, tired and tortured, no one cared. The guide from join up turned out to be a rare bastard. When he heard that we were interested in excursions, he simply stopped noticing us. The first impression of the hotel is that everything is dirty!
By hotel:
1. Settled in a room - a mess, dust on the finger, bedding and towels are not replaced. The toilet does not drain, the refrigerator and the TV do not work. It took several hours to interrogate the cleaning and repair of breakdowns. Cleaning, they also have a relative concept. They simply DO NOT WIP the dust there, they just wiped the floor in places, that's all the cleaning. We lived in bungalow №733. All the furniture is old and shabby.

2. Staff - pretend that they do not know Russian, so as not to solve the problem of tourists. White girls are molested, they take liberties.
3. Food is average. There are few fruits, every day oranges and dates, once a melon, watermelon, peaches. Several times apples. Soups and salads are unusual for us, so we did not like it. Sweet was enough. Meat was, but a small assortment. The sausages are really tasteless. Wine is sour, beer is normal.
And we were terribly unlucky, we arrived when the Muslims had holidays, there were VERY many of them resting in the hotel, they were noisy, they even fought for sunbeds on the beach.
Therefore, the overall impression is negative, I definitely will not go a second time and will not advise anyone.
