Самый худший отель! The worst hotel ever!

We go to Egypt for 10 years were in different categories of the hotel. From 3 stars to 5 . Were in different countries. But there was no such horror anywhere! Do not go to Egypt, especially to this Hotel!!! ! We are currently in this terrible hotel. I'll start everything in order. We arrived on July 22 in Hurghada at 1 am. When we arrived at this Hotel we were not wearing bracelets. Since our room will be available from 14:00 (according to their rules), we were not even given the children water to drink. At the same time, all the shops were no longer open. After many hours of scolding, our children were given water. We spent the night at the reception where everything is very dirty, a lot of mosquitoes. A small child was bitten all over. We had 2 standard rooms booked. We were put in a terrible building, like pigs, all the towels were gray with stains, the rooms were dirty. There are greasy marks on the walls, the bed linen is dirty. Her furniture can’t even be called furniture, just boards chipped together, the rooms didn’t close, then they didn’t open constantly, they ran flashing Cards from the room. Swearing constantly at the reception in the room there were also a bunch of mosquitoes. After 4 days of proceedings, we were finally moved to another (one room) in a normal one. We finally thought that we would start to rest, but it was not there. We kept the money in the room in the safe. After moving to another room, we found that we had fake dollars instead of real dollars. That is, when we were not there, the hotel staff came into the room and changed the banknotes. The staff has access to all safes. We ran to look at the ATM with the hope that we were mistaken, but no ATM spit out all the bills of 900 dollars back. We contacted the reception, called the Russian consulate, where everyone told us that either we would now be shadowed, or we would be sent to prison for 15 years !! ! On the same morning, a family from Ukraine also discovered a substitution of money. They also kept it in a safe. The hotel management treated us with disdain. The general manager just ignores. They also told us that they could take revenge on us and plant drugs. The consulate of Russia did not give a damn !! ! They did not provide any legal or other support !!! ! We are still here for 17 days, Plus, complete discrimination against Russian-speaking guests!! !
