If you want to arrive at the hotel at one in the morning and be settled immediately - pay for the whole night, and do not throw a tantrum at the reception. Nobody owes you anything.
2. Any operator will offer you a choice of any room in this hotel - and yes, the Regal Sea View in it is much better than the standard. Pay in advance 10-15 dollars a day, settle in a good room and don't whine that you don't like the standards. This option will save you from another annoying trouble - having paid for an expensive room, you will immediately cease to be interesting to the reception staff, who can breed you for money for all sorts of additional services such as a better room.
3. I don't know how picky you have to be not to find food for yourself.
Yes, part of the proposed local cuisine, which for a large number of our compatriots is replete with different spices. Which is a plus for me, but if it’s a minus for you - international cuisine with almost no spices is also full there - there is always some kind of pasta risotto, stewed vegetables, ordinary meat of one kind or another.
