The main impressions about the hotel for us personally (family 30+, without children):
GENERAL impression:
"The usual average cheap Egyptian hotel without frank failures" (c)
In general, we had a good rest. The positives greatly outweighed the negatives. At the same time, we did not expect anything supernatural. We went just to relax, sunbathe, swim in the sea, play volleyball to keep fit, which we got in full.
POSITIVE points:
1. The presence of a volleyball court right on the beach (we love to play). Plus, after 15.00 the site is in the shadow of the hotel, so you can not burn. Volleyball daily from 15.00 to 18.00, the net is always tight, the ball is given, the players gather. However, it is undesirable to fall - gravel on the site (unless, of course, sand has already been added).

2. Entry into the sea is sandy, it is possible without slippers, it becomes already deep after 7 meters, it is possible from acceleration - and into the sea, low tide / high tide +/- 1.5 meters (in length), you hardly notice.
3. To the left and right of the beach there are small coral reefs where you can snorkel and see the fish, which are enough for impressions. We bought masks with snorkels and slippers in front of the hotel in stalls, of which there are a lot (the hotel is in the city center). You can and should bargain with sellers.
4. The territory is beautiful, pleasant, well-groomed. Palm trees, flowers, cut grass and bushes.
5. There was enough food, the food was relatively varied, every day there was fish (mostly pangasius) and fruits (always watermelon and melon, plus oranges, peaches or dates, etc. ). The food trays were constantly updated as they were emptied. Never got poisoned.
6. We went on an excursion to Luxor (impressed, we definitely recommend visiting). We bargained a trip with a TezTour guide for $ 50 / person.
7. At our request, the room was changed to us (due to the difference in beds).
8. On the territory of the hotel, in the spa there is a free gym, not everyone is told about it, but not everyone asks.
9. Sunbeds (free of charge) on the beach were enough for everyone. For them, towels are issued on the beach (free of charge), washed daily, but their appearance leaves much to be desired.
10. Every day we were left a bottle of water (1.5 l) in the room, which is enough.
11. They didn’t hear about theft.
12. A lot of Egyptians speak Russian quite tolerably.
NEGATIVE points:
13. There is no beautiful endless sea view. The horizon covers a huge island exactly in front of the hotel. The feeling that it is not on the sea, but on a large lake with salt water, where the opposite shore is clearly visible.
14. In the rooms and on the territory there are a lot of small vile biting mosquitoes. It is not possible to kill them in the room. We greatly regretted that we did not take a fumigator with plates (into an outlet, such as a Raptor) with us, because smearing all sorts of rubbish at night is not so hot. However, everything can be bought across the street from the hotel.

15. The bar on the beach is open from 10-00 to 17-00, which is frankly not enough, since the sun allows you to sunbathe until 18.00 at least (dinner from 19-00).
16. There is no shower on the beach, but if you wish, you can walk 30 meters to the shower by the pool.
17. Rooms (standard) with old renovation and old furniture. We got a rather lazy cleaner, so the floors were always dirty, both in the room and in the common hall, the dust was also not wiped, even on request.
18. For an excursion to Luxor, TezTour gave us a minibus a la PAZik, with an engine inside the cabin, noisy and uncomfortable, plus we sat on a wheel (with knees near our ears). Inconvenient, noisy, and a long way to go (300 km)! And this is the famous TezTour!! ! Plus, they brought us along the way to all the contract shops, useless and expensive. At the same time, literally around the corner from the hotel, local travel agencies sell the same tours for $ 35, in terms of comfort I think it’s no worse than we “traveled” (TezTour took $ 50).
