We traveled from February 23 to February 27.2 adults, 2 children (10 and 6 years old). Excellent experience, in relation to price-quality - beyond praise.
When choosing a hotel, they gave the children to watch 3 videos of 3 different ones - they unanimously said that they wanted to go here. They really enjoyed the water park. Looking ahead - they had enough pools, although they tried the water park.
The main thing is that everything works in the hotel, and everything meets the promise, and in some ways even surpasses it. Pool heating works. Children so generally warmed very thoroughly. Everything in the room works. The staff is constantly working on the territory, cleaning, very well-groomed territory. Wifi - works! Pretty fast, and not only near the reception. The animation team is excellent, my daughter was drawn to the children's part of the evening show every day. At the same time, the guys work without strained obsession, which is typical for some hotels.
We did not expect anything unusual from the beach at all (they wrote that it was boring and fine sand) - but at the end of the pier there is a gorgeous reef with a bunch of fish. The child first tried to swim with a mask and snorkel, was completely delighted. Immediately to the right of the hotel, behind a row of small shops - a large store with fixed prices (local pounds). You can safely buy a souvenir, something from a forgotten house - and all this without the hassle and obsession of shopkeepers. Well, within walking distance - a large shopping mall. Again, close to the airport, no travel time is wasted. A room with two large beds - they offered to lay out an extra for a child - it was not needed, the beds are large enough to accommodate an adult and a restless sleeping child.
With food - there is little I can compare with, but in general everyone and everything is more than satisfied. There are separate tables for children, lots of fruits, interesting desserts. Happy birthday to someone every day.
The hotel guide (JoinUp) is great, he does not try to squeeze out the maximum on excursions, but notes what is worth attention and what is not. Moreover, the girl is severely motion sick - nevertheless, she rode the Nautilus with great pleasure.
