I rested in the hotel with two children, 3 and 7 years old from 25.05-08.06. 2019.
The hotel fully justifies its 4 stars! Good service, food, infrastructure.
Number. In the main building, on the 2nd floor, above the reception. Great, big, comfortable. 2 beds plus a sofa already laid out with a large mattress, very comfortable. My youngest son slept there. Wifi is excellent in the room (but only in the main building). The air conditioner worked well, the switches were conveniently located on the nightstand between the beds. Safe, large TV, for the second week of rest they brought an electric kettle and cups. The fridge was filled with water every day. Pretty big balcony. View of the hotels on the first line and the sea (in the distance).

Quite a large shower, there was always hot water, shampoo-gels were on arrival, they were no longer replenished. Bedding, towels changed regularly, water, paper replenished without reminders, cleaned well. In general, I liked the room, it was comfortable. On TV, several Ukrainian channels (1 + 1.2 + 2, plus plus with cartoons) and grew somewhat. channels.
Hotel. Pretty clean. A large bar in the lobby of the hotel, a lot of comfortable sofas, tables, there is a football field, a huge TV screen outside and comfortable places for viewing. Large water park, pool bar, children's playground under a canopy, several a la carte restaurants, amphitheater, kids club.
The children's area of ​ ​ the water park consists of three separate large pools. In one - a lot of different slides, in the second - a whole playground, and the third - completely in the shade under a canopy, which is very important in the heat.
Further on the territory there are many different slides for adults. There is a large pool with a piece of river, where you can test yourself in the ability to raft down a mountain river in a rubber boat - very plausible, big waves, but not so scary and dangerous.
The water park is open from 10.00 to 17.00
There is also a large swimming pool, right at the exit from the hotel, near the bar. It was possible to swim there both before and after the work of the water park, in it, somehow, they also held a pool party in the evening.
There are many lifeguards in the water park, they are constantly watching, the security is good.
Cons - they do not clean the bottom of the pools well enough. For example, in the children's pool, someone poured a bucket of sand at the bottom, so it was not removed in 15 days. The wind often carried leaves, flowers, twigs, etc. on the surface of the water, they constantly tried to clean up this garbage with nets.

Sea. The hotel is located on line 2, there is a shuttle bus to the sea. Very comfortable bus, went first every 30 minutes, and then every 20 minutes. Starting at 8.30 am. Drive 3-5 minutes to the beach. The beach of the new Titanic Royal Hotel, across the road and a little to the left. We visit them on the beach, they visit us in the water park. You can walk, but the heat did not want to. The beach is quite large, with good brand new sun loungers. There was always enough space for everyone. Gorgeous sand. Minus for adults - shallow, to the depth, although you have to go waist-deep behind the buoys, or along the beach towards the Aladdin hotel, there is a place where you can take a dip and swim.
And for the kids it’s just fine, you don’t need special shoes, the sea is warm.
Another minus - when you exit the beach to the bus there is no foot shower, which is bad. Since people carry sand to the hotel, they spread it around the hall, rooms, pools. There is a shower somewhere in the middle of the beach, but it is difficult to go to it through the burning sand and heat. A must do at the end of the beach. By the way, there is no separate shower in the hotel near the pools either. It is in the first pool, disguised as a large penguin and a clown on both sides, but it flows directly into the pool, so it is not an option to wash off the sand, etc. before entering the pool.
On the territory of the hotel, if you keep to the right, after passing a la carte restaurants, between shops - there are rooms with changing rooms, showers, toilets. But we found it already in the second week. There, by the way, on the day of departure, if the flight is late, you can wash and change.
Restaurants, bars. In the lobby of the hotel there is a main restaurant where breakfasts, lunches and dinners were served. Big, clean, comfortable. There is a children's area with TV with cartoons, several children's tables and a children's menu. The choice there is not large, mostly 1-2 side dishes (pasta, potatoes) and something meat (nuggets, meatballs, cutlets, chicken wings, etc. )
In general, the food is good, varied, tasty. By the way, they always cook something on the street, go there, otherwise many people don’t know what they also cook there. The bars prepare very tasty cocktails, with ice, lime, various syrups, decorated with fruits. There are coffee machines in bars, restaurants, beach bars. The bar in the lobby is open around the clock, but after 24-00 it seems like a fee. The bar at the pool and on the beach is open from 10.00-17.00, after 17.00 the bar near the amphitheater opens, where minidisco and evening shows are held.

Snacks. On the beach at the bar, from 12 o'clock somewhere you can eat and have a bite, bake pizza, eat side dishes, meat, vegetables, fruits. The hotel has a pizzeria (Italian restaurant) from 13.00 to 16.00. Walk through the hotel, keeping to the right side, go through the playground and it will be on the right. The pizza is delicious, everyone orders for themselves, but you have to wait, sometimes for a long time. There are also vegetables, fruits, something sweet. Also french fries and burgers. The kids enjoyed eating there.

In the same place, from 16.00-17.00 there are sweets, waffles and pancakes are baked.
In general, food and service are the best we have seen in Egypt since 2014. Despite the fact that there were very few guests at the hotel at that time, neither the assortment nor the quality of food changed. A lot of staff in the main restaurant, in the morning a friendly girl delivers coffee.
Animation. For children there is a miniclub, minidisco every evening. Good children's animation. Every evening a different show. There is aqua aerobics, they play darts, etc. There are also various activities on the beach. In the evenings they take you to different discos.
There were only positive emotions about the hotel.
It is ideal for a relaxing family holiday, it has everything you need, the children are just delighted with the water park.
The contingent of guests is mostly Europeans, there are very few Russian speakers. Mostly families with children.
Great stay, great hotel, would definitely recommend!
